The beds were very comfy! The staff was quick and friendly and the area was nice. The pool was clean but not heated so the kids didn’t get to enjoy it. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh upon entry.

Friendly staff. Well maintained and clean. Pet friendly but you have to pay a daily fee. Only disappointment was that the hot tub was out of service the entire stay.

The reason for this visit was somber. It filled the need for my family and me to perform what we needed to accomplish what our purpose was on this visit, as it was convenient to the beginning of our task. I’m not sure if I received the military discount that is offered by the company website. I’ll have to check my receipt again, as it should be listed on the receipt.

The Hyatt place in Lake Mary, was very quiet, easy access to the hotel. Parking lot had a lot of parking spots. Staff were very friendly and always nice no matter the time of day or night. Breakfast both days we stayed was awesome a lot of options to choose from.

Best hotel in the area
I travel to this part of Orlando bi-weekly and have stayed many places. Once I stayed at this Hyatt i never booked anywhere else. Great service, comfy oversized rooms, delicious breakfast, always very clean. I'll be back in a couple weeks!

A pet friendly hotel. My room smelled like a wet dog without the ac turned on. I was unaware that it was pet friendly at the time of booking, or I would have chosen another option. The included breakfast was lacking but a nearby eatery was really good. I'll book somewhere else for my next trip to the area.

Nice place, great rooms, staff ok.
Front desk Service was ok. Not hospitality industry standard IMO and for a nice hotel such as this. Cleaning service and personnel were excellent. Breakfast was below average but it was a holiday so understandable. Would recommend, but would be better with some additional front desk staff training.
