Welcome to paradise in this luxury GRAND vacation home.
Get ready to be impressed. First, enter the magnificent hallway that gives you a full sight of the dining room, living room and impressive kitchen. It is huge! The kitchen is fully fitted with pots and pans, microwave, fridge, stove, 2 (yes 2) dishwashers, dishware... Downstairs there is a king size bedroom with ensuite. The downstairs bedroom and the living space have both amazing views on the pool deck and on the oversized pool and spa. Upstairs: There is a TV room. and 5 more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a private bathroom (shower tub). Bedroom #3 has a full bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #4 is MOANA-themed and has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. And finally bedroom #6 has a king size bed and an ensuite. All bedrooms have their own TV's. There is a laundry room upstairs (washer and dryer). And it that was not enough: There is a game room with a foosball table and a ping-pong table in the airconditioned game room (garage has been converted in a game room for your own enjoyment). Your reservation does not give you access to the resorts amenities. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Huge house for multiple families. Had a great stay.Wish there has been more dishwasher tablets, and garbage bags supplied. Everything else was fabulous.

I wanted to love this place. It had the ability to be great. A private pool and hot tub and game room. However. We paid for the heating of the pool and hot tub, however it was not mentioned anywhere or communicated through email exchanges that the hot tub only heats to the 85 of the pool. A hot tub should be in 100s. You can’t make it a hot tub, she a small warm pool. The house definitely needs a little upkeep. The carpet is stained and the walls have dirt and marks throughout. It doesn’t stop you from having a great time, but the presentation sure needs attention. The upstairs had a smell of mold and half of the family came back with sever congestion. Though there were some supplies in kitchen, it was sparse. There ain’t enough utensils for the amount of people that can stay in the house. There was no pool towels and bath towels were sparse. Make sure to bring your own toiletries. A small bar of hand soap is all that is supplied. We made the most of it and had a great time, but we certainly have stayed in much better.
