### Huge Gated Pool Home Perfect for large families!

This two-story home has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is centrally located in the gated community of Highgate Park off Highway 27 in Davenport. MILEAGE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 14 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IS APPROXIMATELY 23MILES.  
  
You will find plenty of room for your family to spread out and relax with an open plan kitchen and living area with a flat screen tv. Additionally, you have a games room in the garage.  
The fully equipped kitchen features appliances which include a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware etc. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the kitchen table with seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Or make it more formal by enjoying a meal at the dining room table with seating for 6.  
The large pool deck features an attached spa, (pool heat must be purchased to heat), and allows additional space to relax and enjoy a meal under the large covered lanai or to lounge in the sun on the screened in pool deck.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, flat screen tv and private bathroom.  
Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and flat screen tv  
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and flat screen tv.  
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom  
There is also a ½ bath off the kitchen and living room area.  
2nd Floor Rooms:  
Primary Bedroom features a King Size bed flat screen TV and an on-suite bathroom with a large shower and luxurious soaking tub.  
Bedroom 5 has a Full-size bed and flat screen TV  
Bedroom 6 features two twin beds with a flat screen tv; perfect for friends or younger guests.  
Bedrooms 5 & 6 share a bathroom

Pool Heat: Your pool may be heated for an additional fee of $30.00 per day and must be paid prior to check-in. - 72 hours notification is required; contact Titan Vacation Homes for more information.  
  
Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. Your home may include the following supplies: Soap in the Bathrooms, 1 Trash Bag in each bin/garbage can, Small Laundry Detergent, Small Dish Detergent, and Dishwasher Tabs.  
  
Located approximately 15 miles from Disney Highgate Park is centrally located with a Publix grocery store nearby (in Berry Town Center) on Highway 27 and for the larger shopping needs there is a Super Walmart in Clermont (near Cagan’s Crossing less than 5 miles from the home). In both these shopping areas you will find restaurants and take away available. If you are looking for more choices take a quick drive up Highway 192 W where there is an abundance of choices. (Carrabba’s, Outback, Bonefish, Manny’s Chophouse, TGI Friday’s and etc just to name a few).
