An amazing experience!

I was in town for my graduation and this property was in a great location with easy access to shopping. The property was clean and great to be at. The host was quick to respond not that we had issues! Will definitely come back even if it’s just to get away. Thank you for making my graduation weekend even more special Stefan!!! Oh he even offered to condo a magic show but we forgot but will definitely have him come by on next visits and pay him!

Dunlap Family!

We had an amazing stay!!! We decided to make this our family get together spot! Don’t 2nd guess yourself BOOK BOOK BOOK! The host also offered to give us a magician show and boy was it jaw dropping. He also gave us a tour of his awesome cybertruck. Loved this home. Communication, cleanliness of home was top tier!

Great Location but Poor Cleanliness

This property is in a great location very close to Disney World. Unlike a lot of the other properties in this area this house is located in a very small and quiet development that my family has stayed in several times over the years.Besides the location, the other major positive for this property was the manager. Stefan was very accommodating from even before we booked all the way through our stay. It's only because Stefan was so great that it makes discuss the drawback of this house so difficult and that's cleanliness and upkeep. First this wasn't such an issue that we couldn't finish our stay but there were some alarming things that we noticed. -The furniture is very dated and in some cases dirty. The living room couches the chairs at the kitchen table were dirty and leather was peeling and ripped on most of the chairs.-The pool liner was in very poor condition with several cracks and chunks of the plaster missing.-The deck around the pool was very slick and could be a fall risk.-The yard around the pool also had random trash laying around. -There was a "game room" that was full of random old broken or near broken furniture and stuff previous guests left behind.-The bed skirts in several bedrooms had strange stains -The ceiling fans in some of the rooms were caked in dust. -Lastly there were bugs in the house, it started with small ants and culminated in multiple roaches.Overall our stay was fine but these factors were very disappointing.

Supplied and clean!

Everything we needed was here! This home was well supplied with basic cleaning supplies and necessary amenities. It was a nice change to have an actual person managing this property vs a third party. The home and furnishings are showing their age in some ways, but that didn’t take away from the enjoyment or the feeling of cleanliness. It is a great location to Disney and shopping. But it is near the main road so there is some traffic noise to be expected. I enjoyed the ease of entry into this gated community compared to others in the area. The host was quick to respond to any needs. We stayed with multiple families and everyone had plenty of room to be comfortable. Great stay with a great host.

My family stayed here for a week in February. The house was very clean and spacious. Fully stocked with all the amenties. Great location to the parks. Stefan was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Host

Great place

I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Orlando now. The house was sooooo clean and spacious. It was the perfect location to everything. Coming home after a long day at the parks and just laying in the pool of hot tub was the perfect topping to the perfect day. We are already planning our next visit. The host was super helpful and even made accommodations for us. I would totally recommend staying here!

Family Spring Break

We, a extended family of 9 , stayed at the house for 11 wonderful days . Our accomdations were clean and had all we needed for our Orlando vacation .Our location was close to DisneyWorld and with resturants/shopping close by. Any of our queries were answered quickly and dealt with . We had a wonderful time and not hesitate to stay there again.

Great house, great location

7 of us went to Orlando to play a week of golf. This house met all our needs. It was spacious and located close to the golf courses we wanted to play. It was also close to numerous restaurants. Stefan, the host, was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely look to rent this again next year.

Spring Break

Upon arrival this home was beautiful from outside to the inside and very clean. Great location. There is nothing more you can ask for in this home but enjoying the stay swimming and enjoying the jacuzzi. Stefan is a great hostess I will give him a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Expectations exceeded!

We are a group of 8 golfers, from cities in the Northeast, on a mission to escape the frigid temps, and chase a golf ball around Orlando's premier courses. My friends are as demanding as I am, which placed a lot of pressure on finding the perfect place. This was it! The heated jacuzzi, the 7 bedrooms, the projector with tremendous screen, ease of access to the gated property, ample parking, and the tremendous amount of space! This house was a wonderful find. Communication with the Host was a pleasure. Everything was absolutely seamless. My Guys were very happy, and I was a Hero. Thanks, Stefan!

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful time. The home is large enough for everyone to have a room. The exterior bathroom by the pool was a bonus. The playroom for the children was invaluable for the adults to also have space. The location feels safe and secure. Close to all parks and amenities. Would definitely book again.

Awesome Weekend

We had 15 people, all adults, who wanted to visit a local attraction and this house was perfect for everyone. The only problem we had was the older adults had some difficulty getting in and out of both the pool and the hot tub because there were no bars or railings to help stabilize themselves. Overall the weekend and house was so relaxing half of the group decided to just stay there rather than venturing out to the attraction we came there to see. Fantastic communication with owner. Thank you Stefan.
