This hotel is good to just sleep and gets good nights rest. It serves its purpose. If you booked for the complimentary breakfast, you will be disappointed! Breakfast was a capri sun, ding dong, and Twinkie in a paper bag!!!

good property, for the price. spent the long weekend at the parks, just used hotel to sleep and get ready. beds were comfortable. 15 min drive to Seaworld, 6 minute drive to Disney. We will stay again.

The hotel is in a strategic spot, its rght in front of 192road and about 15 min from sea world and Aquatica, 25 min from magic kingdom and universal.

Lightning in the room not enough, can't read & write on the table. in my room the hotel provided only 2 thin & small bar soap, 2 packs of conditioners, no shampoo, facial paper, clock. Breakfast very cheap, only 2 small muffins (maybe $0.89 from 7- Eleven) & 2 packages of juice. That's for 2 people & 2 nights. Staffs are nice.

I travel quite a bit and this is a great deal for the price. The rooms are a little raggedy but clean. Compared to similar priced hotels in this area, this one is great. The view out back is nice! They have a jetski rental and a small pavilion. The pool and hot tub are decent.

Whatever you do, DO NOT book this hotel, it was not clean we had to check out early and get another hotel. There was also another couple checking out early because they had blood on there that was not from them… this hotel needs to to be shut down also there were holes in the wall and hair in the drain of the jucazzii that was not mine. And ABSOLUTELY no way to get in touch with the manager besides email.. this a pathetic use of a hotel

The receptionist was very polite and friendly. They were always ready to help with information and needed supplies during our stay. The view of the lake and the tranquility were very enjoyable. The pool area could use some new furniture and more umbrellas. The ice machine needs repair. It would be lovely to have more seating options on the grass closed to the pool, or even hammocks, very beautiful spot. The breakfast could be healthier and with more variety.

Good location, the bed felt comfortable and the room looked clean at first glance. However, there were small cockroaches on the nightstand, in the fridge, and in the bathroom. We thought that maybe it was a general problem and asking for a change of room would not be a big change, so the next day we bought insecticide and sprayed the room. But then it was worse! Then more cockroaches came out, so we left the hotel immediately, even though we had originally paid for 3 nights. We lost that money, but honestly we didn't care, because that night we got a better place that was very clean. If you're looking to spend a night in a comfortable bed, and don't mind cockroaches in the room, then this is a good option.

The breakfast that is offered is a brown bag with a Twinkie, ding dong, and a Capri sun. The rooms need updated. The toilet seat was coming off and leaking from the bottom. The TV in one bedroom was plugged into an extension cord running through the wall into the living room and plugged into an outlet in there. Not sure if that is very safe. The pull out couch mattress was not very clean and did not have a sheet. Perks was they are close to everything from shopping, eating, and entertainment. Also, very close to Disney. We stayed for 6 nights and would stay again for the price they offered for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. You can not beat that price. They also have a pool and vending machines with snacks and drinks that take a debit/credit card.
