Located in the exclusive resort community of Caribe Cove tucked into the lush, tropical landscape of the greater Kissimmee area, this 3-bedroom home will be your gateway to fun and adventure, packed with desirable onsite amenities and only a few minutes from all the thrills of the area’s popular theme parks. The Space: Steps away from your front door, you’ll find a picturesque lakeside heated pool, bubbling hot tub, adrenaline-pumping fitness center, relaxing sauna, and convenient market. A games lawn overlooking the lake offers a shuffleboard court, cornhole boards, and picnic area with grill. Just across the pond, so to speak, and minutes from the home you’ll find Old Lake Davenport, a natural freshwater lake for boating, fishing, and paddle sports. The Northeast Regional Park has a public boat launch site, as well a variety of excursion rentals. This 83-acre park also has tennis courts, handball courts, basketball, soccer, and football fields, as well as paved walking trails and a large playground. There’s an almost unlimited number of things to see and do in sunny Kissimmee, and it all starts right here in Caribe Cove! Days begin and end out on the home’s private, screened-in balcony, overlooking the picturesque tree line while you sip on your morning coffee, dine on a meal al fresco, or enjoy a quiet evening cocktail in the fresh country air. The living room also includes a foldaway style cot/bed that can serve as an additional sleeping space for 1. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, balcony access, and Jack & Jill style ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, tub, and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and dedicated workspace. It was private, just trees outside the windows & building was quiet. It is the corner unit, top floor in it's section. Plenty of available parking. Complex pool & hot tub were never crowded. Dry sauna room was not working. Gym was well maintained. Key pad entry to complex didn't work near the end of my stay but they had someone who opened the gate for you. Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of cookware, dishes,etc. in kitchen. AC/heating & appliances in good condition and worked well.Bathroom shower pressure was okay. Would have liked an extra towel hook in primary bathroom. There was only one. Lots of closet space(small walk in closet in primary bedroom) and plenty of hangers. Extra bedding/pillows in closet. Nice to have washer & dryer in the unit. Would have liked 2 bar stools for kitchen counter to sit on while chatting with whoever was cooking. TV screen was large, it took some time to figure out how to operate it. Wifi was okay, didn't use it much to stream, as the TV has lots of basic channels for viewing. Cabinet by front door had games in it,which was good for the rainy days. The screened in balconies were another nice area to relax. Location was good for going to Disney. approximately 15 -20 minute drive depending on time of day & traffic.
