The location was great! 15 min drive to Disney, convention centre, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our only complaint was the pool area. It's beautiful! But the umbrellas didn't stay open (pins needed were no where to be found), and the hot tub was cold when we arrived, and after we inquire about it on our third day did they actually realize something was wrong with it. Kind of made me sceptical about the pool area maintenance. Breakfast was good. Waffle-maker only came out of Sunday, it would have been nice to have it more often. Staff was super helpful and friendly, rooms were clean. Traffic was loud outside our window, and a/c unit was loud at night if you tried to have it cold, we just upped the temperature a couple degrees and that fixed it. The pool, gym, and laundry are shared with the Garden Inn. Parking is extra for stays less than 7 nights. Wednesday night social hour is not how it was pre covid. It was soup and salad, cheese and crackers, garlic toast, beer and wine, juice. But overall, it was a great experience. Aside from the hot tub and the traffic noise, it was great!

I was a bit apprehensive about this hotel because I booked it and then read the reviews which caused some concern, but I’m ultimately very happy we choose Homewood suites! The teenagers loved the hotel because it has a basketball court and I loved it because of its location and the full kitchen. Staff was friendly and resolved issues promptly and I will be booking with them for future outings in the Orlando area! Great family hotel.

A great inexpensive option for the Disney area. Staff was delightful. The pool was really nice and clean and hardly used at all. Not a lot of dining options nearby but there are tons of delivery options. Available through Uber and GrubHub. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was a little dirty, we didn’t use it. Kids loves basketball court. Would stay here again for the nights we stayed and the price

Very nice and family friendly hotel. Great pool area and a very decent breakfast. One thing we are still trying to get used to in the Orlando area, is the steep parking fees at the area hotels.

Don't stay at this hotel! We asked many times to fix the dishwasher and it was never done. We had problems with the room door lock (key card), I had to go back to reception several times to fix it. Due to these inconveniences, manager Rosa said that they would give us a discount on our stay and that was not done either! This hotel has total disregard for guests!!

I’ve been at this hotel for 4 days there no hot water and at the front desk they said a lot of excuses but they never fixes, the breakfast table I have to cleaning by myself because nobody take care of that, and you have to paid for a parking when you get there!! There a lot of hotel around that one please don’t take this one…

Other than having to pay full parking rate for only being there 10 hours it was a very nice hotel. Good hot breakfast!

I booked the room a month in advance and called two weeks prior to my stay to verify my reservation and details. When I checked in, I was informed after checking my room that the king suite I booked was not communicated by Expedia and that room style was no longer available, but a double suite was. The elevators smelled and the floors were wet. I had to shoulder into my door because it was stuck and then had to roughly push it closed or it wouldn't lock. The walls in the dining area were dug into, the bathroom vanity was broken, and there was blood droplets on the carpet outside of the bathroom. The staff was nice and the bathroom items smelled good, though.

There was a lot of humidity in the room and smelled like bleach. The place was very clean but the smell was just too strong. Besides that it was nice and spacious.

Was not informed about the nightly parking fee. $25 a night is alittle high for unsecured parking. I will choose a different property next trip. I feel the parking thing is a bit shady.

We asked for a late checkout and they gave us 1 hour until 12pm. I was trying to get out of the room and had 2 knocks at the door and 1 phone call in 7 minutes to get out of room. Very annoying.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast offered excellent variety and a clean and comfortable dining area. We were most impressed and appreciative of the front desk service provided by Oskar. When we were unable to make a toll free call from our room, he graciously allowed us to use his personal cell phone to make the call. (We are from Canada so we were unable to use our own cell phones). The call took over half an hour to complete but Oskar’s only concern was that we were able to get our needs met. What a fantastic employee who truly cares about the guests. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay; however, we had no hot water for showers. We addressed with the front desk by day 2 of our stay, but no resolution and it was lukewarm showers the remainder of the trip. We were very close to all the Disney parks and it was quiet and safe to stay. Great breakfast options and bountiful servings even after 8am.

Unpleasant stay
We had a previous good experience with Homewood suites. But this location was not as pleasant as the other Homewood suites. This location had us pay for parking which was an extensive bill for several days and unexpected. Which google says otherwise. Please be aware. In addition, the team members were not approachable or friendly when trying to speak to them. Cable is not always functioning properly. Toilet paper was not replenished during our stay. However, the only positive thing I can say is this location is convenient for stores and restaurants.
