Condo needs a revamp. Washer dryer and toilet bowl had to be repaired there. Bed in master bedroom needs to be larger. Condo needs a revamp. Would not stay there again

Mostly good, but some bad
We had an overall good experience but a few things didn't go great. I'll start with the good: 1. spacious place, lots of open room for our family 2. overall safe feeling location 3. comfortable queen bed in master, two beds in second room for kids 4. well marked parking spot for my vehicle 5. washer and dryer in unit 6. well stocked condo, extra blankets, dishes, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent 7. very good price!! Bad: 1. this one is not really against the owner but it became an issue. There was a guy who had a large number of family staying with him and he kept parking in my spot. every time i'd leave, when I got back he had one of his 4 vehicles parked in my spot. Eventually i contacted the owner who addressed the situation and he didn't park in my spot anymore. There's ok parking there as long as everyone parks where they are suppose to. I was happy that it didn't become more of an issue but after he stopped parking in my spot I would hear others honking their horn outside and that same guy would go move his vehicle out of their spot. I don't blame the owner, it was just an annoying situation. 2. the check in process had me a bit concerned because the automatic access code that VRBO gives you is a different access code that the owner sends you. upon arrival i went and attempted to get into the condo and it took me a while to figure the digital keypad. you have to hit a button and it beeps at you for two or three seconds before you can enter your code. however, once I figured that out I didn't have trouble. 3. unit has a number of things that needed maintenance and fixed > we put our food in the frig and by the second day we realized the freezer worked but the frig was not cold. we did our best to keep item cold but it wasn't keep it cold so we had to throw away about $50 worth of food > the dryer makes a squeak that will make your hair curl. we would have done more laundry in the unit but I couldn't stand hearing the dryer run very much and felt bad running it while we were gone because I was afraid the neighbors would hear it because it's so loud > front door knob screws were very loose. I kept trying to tighten them by hand but could only do it so much. I looked for a screw driver and would fix it myself but couldn't find one. > glad to have a pool there for my kids, i figured it would by chilly because it was January but was disappointed that the heater in the hot tub didn't work and it was about the same as the pool

Great stay
Overall it was a great stay at a very reasonable price. A few appliances can use some upgrading, but everything was still working/functioning as needed. This is likely a reason why the price is so reasonable, though. Excellent place for a short get-away. The host is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. Thank you!

Not clean
We had to re-wash towels. They had stains and were clearly not washed well. The tubs were gross and had a lot of permanent stains on them. There was about 5 inches of water that stayed in the tub every time we showered. Just simply a terrible job keeping this place in decent condition. Lots of cosmetic defects that normally I can overlook, but it just added to the overall neglect of the place. Problems with the keypad—-very hard to use.

Clean spacious getaway
Property was clean, comfortable and secure. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We saw security walking around nightly which made us feel secure. Well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. We had a great 3 day getaway. Thanks again 😊

Grand Palms condo
We knew it was 2nd floor when we booked it. Don’t like being on 2nd! Also the living room furniture is not comfortable at all. Needs replaced. Had trouble getting in the condo as was given wrong codes🙁
