Friendly, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. I only wish there were more of the Keurig coffee pods already in the room. We asked for more and they were brought to us but more already in the room would have been nice. Coffee is available in the lobby though

Wonderful stay

First time in Orlando and this hotel. I was treated well and had a great time. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculate and the food was delicious. Most definitely will stay there again and recommend the hotel to friends.

Room was noisy, probably the fridge. We asked for a 5:00 am call to meet the 6:00 am shuttle. We were not called and nearly missed our flight home. Very disappointing!!

Lovely stay - fully accessible.

Excellent location. We went to the Orlando Eye, (the big ferris wheel you can see from the highway). wax museum, and aquarium. It was a great slow motion adventure for my wheelchair bound father. Free parking at the facility. The hotel staff is great. Free lobby beverages are great If they were kept after a little better. Thank you for your accommodations. Lovely hotel.

The hotel was alright for a quick nights stay for a night before a cruise. Lots of restaurants nearby. The main issue we had was we had 2 rooms booked- and we were charged two different prices. My son and his new wife were charged $120 more for their room. Same type of room as us! We talked to the woman at check in and she was not willing to even check to see if she could do something for us. She just said they were booked at different times so that was why they were different prices. It was pretty discouraging customer service that she made no attempt to make it right.

Great hotel...except for bar

One night stay. Room very comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Had dinner and drinks in restaurant/bar. Bartender had heavy accent and hard to understand. My husband had a drink that was a "Double" and they charge as if for 2 drinks. Not usual. Also, asked for a single Tito's vodka with club soda and they brought it in a tall glass. Not usual. Didn't have breakfast there because they charge too much and Denny's is right around the corner. Beautiful hotel but I think they need to evaluate their restaurant/bar area and pricing.
