Egret Hill Villa is a serene oasis, a luxury 6 BR/3 BA waterfront pool villa with panoramic frontage on a large pond with nature preserve beyond. With an oversized, penninsula-like lot and far from any road or highway, there are no sounds of traffic, no neighbors' pools in sight or within earshot. You will hear only the sounds of nature, the pool waterfall and tropical breezes in the palms. And yet, every night, you can watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks in the distance right from the pool deck. A back yard built for entertaining: Feel free to crank your music or enjoy total peace. Only issues were uncontrollable...ants and a loose gecko! Time to destinations is a little off, mostly because of traffic being an issue, so actual times were a bit longer. The pool area is so relaxing. The house is stocked with everything you need. The owner is great about concerns we had and had it taken care of right away. This property is about 25 min. to the main Disney parks. The neighborhood is quiet! There’s plenty of privacy for the pool and hot tub area.The home is large and this would be a great place for a large family. It was nice to come back to a quiet area after busy days at the parks. It is such a peaceful, quiet location with a lot of room to spread out and the neighborhood is safe. When you open the door you get the sense "clean, relaxing, and homey". Many vrbos are doing "just the minimum" (or less) and kinda sorta going through the motions. These guys are dong everything right with the very obvious goal of making you happy! Gorgous home with the most spectacular views ever! We had some issues with the hot tub pump but they quickly resolved it. The pool is fantastic. The kitchen had all the needed utensils. The location is great, near groceries and restaurants. Took us 30 minutes to get to Disney parks. Our group was 9 people ranging from 2 year's old to 70\. We were all comfortable and there was plenty of room for us all. There was a safety pool gate, high chair, and portable crib which was so helpful with the baby. We had a few issues, 1 with bugs and 1 with a shower not draining. Both were dealt with pretty quickly. I would also suggest labeling the remotes so we know which room they go to. Overall a wonderful stay and we would stay again! ##### Jaselyn C. The villa was clean and extremely spacious, we have been coming to Florida for 30 years and this is up there with the best. There was nothing that we needed, everything had been thought of including the essentials to get you started such as toilet rolls, dishwasher detergent, trash bags etc. we spent a lot of time in the pool which has an amazing outlook over the nature area and we had lots of visits from the local wildlife, especially egrets and cranes. It is the perfect spot to stay as it’s really peaceful but there are shops/ restaurants close by along with about 30 minutes to the parks and we were able to watch the fireworks every evening. Nice they gave you couple trash bags and laddish pods til hot to store. Beautiful inside pool was great. Could not ask for anything better. Will definitely rent again. If had a negative cimment did have ants but got raid and that solved the issue in bedrooms. Other is wish they came to clean pool after third day water was not very clear. We. One thing I would like to suggest is a Hand rail getting in & out of the pool/spa. My mother wasn't able to get into the pool if she wanted to because it is a big step out. We really loved staying in this beautiful home and will definitely be back. The back yard was very private and the pool was beautiful. We loved looking out at the lake with the water lilies in bloom. Our friends really enjoyed playing pool and air hockey in the game room. Each night we enjoyed seeing the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom just above the trees. And early on the morning of our last day we had a great view of the SpaceX Crew-7 Dragon launch. The 6 bedrooms make this the perfect place for an extended family with plenty of space to hang out together or get away for a little private time. Our flight to Orlando was delayed and it was so nice when we got to the house and soft music was playing and plenty of snacks, bottled water and coffee on the foyer dresser. It was so relaxing as soon as I walked in the house. Loved the lay out of the house: master bedroom & bath in the front , 2 bedrooms & bath in the middle and 3 bedrooms & bath at the back. Game room was awesome, the grandsons loved it. The pool was large and the kids loved swimming at night and of course all day. The adults could relax in the spa and still keep an eye on the kids. So much safety measures in place for the pool (fence , alarms on the doors and locks ). The owners and property manager were so nice and very attentive. This is one of the best rentals I stayed at, I have been renting through VRBO for at least 20 years. ##### Vicki M.
