Air‑conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable, while a washer and dryer, towels, and bed linens are supplied for convenience. Getting Around: Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available. Other Things to Note: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding! Interaction with Guests: We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! BUT the house need work, it’s a big house and nicely decorated. My family stayed over the thanksgiving break and was UPSET when it was time to cook. Only 2 of the eyes worked on the stove, the ice maker didn’t work. The refrigerator was OLD. The baby gate to enter the pool was broken so we had to keep the back door locked to make sure the kids didn’t fall in the pool. It was a leave from upstairs to downstairs previously because it started to develop mold in the downstairs master bedroom. Inside the garage was a gameroom when the games didn’t work. It’s a Jurassic park video game that didn’t come on. The pool table had all the balls but ALL the pool sticks was broken in half or had no tips on the sticks. The pictures of the home was false, the furniture looked as if they picked it off the side of the road… the home was not clean when we got there. It was dirty underwear, left in the movie room, popcorn, and dirt left on the floor broken blinds, broken beds. We checked in on Sunday, June 29th through July 6… the kitchen appliances was awful. The dishwasher was broke when we arrived. It was water in the middle of the kitchen floor. The oven was dirty only had two burners that would work on the stove and they only would stay on high. You couldn’t adjust the heat swimming pool look like swamp water and we killed two roach bugs. I took pictures and spoke with the property owner. We had maintenance at the house five days out of my seven days stay there. I’m still in the process of trying to get some type of refund. This home was horrible. They need to update the whole house and remodel. Do not waste your money on this home very very very disappointed. and the kitchen sink was held up with a stick maintenance came out and put two by fours up to keep it from falling in. We only enjoyed ourselves by leaving every day and took advantage of the oasis Clubhouse every day. The property managers were super responsive - we had an issue upon checkin and they had someone out to resolve it within 90 minutes. They were easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions. Checkin was automated and easy.The property itself was as advertised, with plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and gather for family time. The pool was great - large and fun. The game room was well stocked. There are some minor maintenance issues and some of the areas in the home could benefit from an update, but there was nothing that spoiled our enjoyment of the property. We spent a lot of time in the home as this was a "no park" trip for us and we had a great time. ##### David M.
