Accommodates up to 09 Guests with 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  
Bed configuration: 2 King Bed | 1 Full Bed | 3 Twin Beds  
  
The Space:  
1)TV'S SET UP: Game Room 55''Tv / Living Room Smart 65'' Tv & All bedrooms with 42'' Tv.  
  
2) INTERNET DETAIL: Provider Spectrum with up to 1 Gig speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary)  
  
3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.  
  
4) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: North-face pool. Deep end 5Ft.  
This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start.   
For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pools Spa is not a Hot Tub.   
  
5) Grills are not allowed on the property.  
  
6) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.  
  
7) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit.  
  
8) Garage not available: Game room (the bicycle is a decorative item, it's not available for guests use).  
  
9) Baby Items (complimentary for all stays): Pack n' Play (sheets not provided) & Stroller.   
  
10) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.   
  
11) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.  
  
12) Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.

The house itself was exactly as listed—clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a nice neighborhood. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was stressful.We booked this home for a couples weekend celebrating two 40th birthdays and paid in advance for pool heat. Two days before arrival, we were told the heater was broken and couldn’t be fixed in time. The fee was refunded, but there was no realistic way to cancel or rebook at that point.Arrival was confusing. The gated entry required two different access passes before one finally worked, and the door code didn’t function, requiring a late-night call to get it reset. Inside, there were no washcloths—only towels and hand towels. When I asked, management said their “standard allotment” is one washcloth per bathroom, not per guest.The biggest issue came overnight. I parked in the driveway to unload luggage, not realizing the sidewalk runs through the middle of it. There were no visible signs or warnings. The next morning, our rental car was gone—towed—with no contact info posted at the house or in arrival materials. After hours of calls, we finally found the right number and paid 185 to retrieve it.Later, we were told nearly 20 cars were towed from this same neighborhood that night. Management offered sympathy but no real assistance, and the HOA never returned my call.Great house—but poor communication and hidden parking rules completely ruined the experience. This will be cross-posted.

The property was as advertised. Clean bungalow in a fairly accessible part of Kissimmee/Davenport area. The pool/hot tub heat wasn't working during our stay but the property manager was great at communicating and trying to get it fixed. The property had all the necessary amenities we needed for our week long stay. Overall, we'd stay again when we had down to Florida next.

We had a great time at this property. It was extremely clean, the pictures provided were perfectly aligned with the property the location was convenient to parks, dining, and shopping. The host was helpful and responsive. We thought this home was the perfect place to be after a long busy day still having the pool and the game room for the kids to chill and unwind. Also, the beds were so comfortable which is always a pleasant surprise!

The home was very clean and quiet. Hint to future guests, there is room for only 1 medium sized vehicle in the driveway. Do not block the sidewalk in any way. The link for local tickets was handy, but we had issues with it and the company never got back to us so we had to go elsewhere to get tickets. Great location and lots to do.
