Property Review

Property and amenities are exactly as shown/described. We loved having our own pool and also enjoyed the waterpark on the grounds. Great location and perfect for our stay!

Overall pretty good

Overall our stay was pretty good. Location was great about 15 mins to all parks. House was spacious and clean. Had a problem with the TV not working- still never figured out why.

The house and location were wonderful. Only compliant is the need for more patio chairs. 3 patio chairs for a 5 bedroom house.

Family vacay

Great location. So many stores nearby.The house was beautiful & very clean. We enjoyed the private pool and the hideaway club pool was a plus! Water was warm and the environment was very chill. Will definitely stay again and again!

Good location

We had a great stay at this property, however , upon opening the door there is a foul/unpleasant odor that just lingered throughout the entire stay. Very unpleasant and noticeable. The dryerm on property takes an exceptional long time to dry clothes- had to pack damp clothes even after a medium load for 2 hours. We Could tella downstairs bedroom blankets were not washed as something sticky was stuck to it and largeBobby pins were on the floor around the bed- very gross. Kitchen was not kid friendly all provided dish ware was glass- would have been pleasant to have some plastic serving-ware provided and some basic needs such as salt/pepper provided. Location was great for trips to Disney world, it was a short drive to all locations. Some bugs noticed inside which we expected being in Florida.

The house is great especially for where is located at so close to so many attractions and the rental company was great any issues we had they addressed quickly would def recommend family friendly and affordable.

Perfect Disney Vacation

Large, clean, well-equipped unit. Theme rooms for kids. Excellent location. Air-conditioning worked! Easy and prompt communication with property manager. Hope we can stay there again.

Great place

The townhouse was beautiful and very convenient to the theme parks and also the community pool area. Perfect size for a family of 10+ I wish the unit was a little more kid friendly with, pool toys, games, additional towels. We would return to this property.

House was well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to all the Disney attractions.

Loved the house and location. Only complaint each bat had half a roll of toilet paper and no extra. Had to run out right away just for that. All other items were well stocked for an 8 day rental.

We look forward to Spring Break every year. This year was no different. The house was welcoming

The rental property was exactly what was shown on pics. Easy check in . Thou we traveled with a large we never felt cluttered in the home. My only complaint was I thought the pool (in the backyard) was bigger but the community pools made up for all that. We had a blast

The house was as described. We did find 3 cockroaches when we first arrived but killed them and didn’t see any others after that. The neighbors who moved in last day were very loud and disruptive but did quiet down by 10pm which was much appreciated.

Great place. Beds are noisy.

Everything was great aside from... No remote for the TV until our last day. Air filter in the furnace had not been changed in FoReVeR. Every bed is terribly squeaky, anytime you move the smallest amount. Pool was great. Kitchen was great. Club was great. Would stay again.... But would be great is the beds were not so loud

Nice stay, but little issues

The stay was great. There were a few minor issues, but for the price of the house they shouldn’t have been. Ice maker on the freezer didn’t work and never remade ice. The two bedrooms downstairs kept popping a fuse, called and reported and was told it was fine and if kept happening then they would do something. The beds were a bit hard. It was nice to have beach towels to use. Overall stay was good.

The A/C was ridiculously hot at night

I message and emailed several times but they just gave us the run around about the A/C. They said they sent someone to come and check the A/C but clearly they were at the wrong residence. If you like your living situation to be hot and stuffy, this place is definitely for you. Everything else about the decent. We booked the house for four days and we were miserable each night.
