This luxurious 4 bedroom pool home is located in The Estates neighborhood of Reunion Resort. This home features a west-facing pool so it's ideal for enjoying a refreshing dip in the evening and watching the sunset. There's seating all around the pool deck for lounging and having late-night conversations about the day. There are two separate living areas with large flat screen TVs and comfy sofas to gather around in. Make yourselves feel right at home in cozy decor and plentiful pillows. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans. We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. It is very comfortable. However, The refrigerator stopped running and we called to get someone to come and service it. Unfortunately, no one came after we notified the property management company. We lost all of our food and the refrigerator dethawed and water went on the floor. That was disappointing. ##### Carl Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Mark S. 23 juill. 2021 Points faibles : Propreté #### Must Read After traveling across country from Arizona with two small children and my wife, we called to request and paid for an early check in. Upon on arriving at the house we found that they did not process our early request to check in. My family and I had to travel to the Property Management office after a long trip. Please be aware that this is not a rent by owner property. The property is manage by a company called Florida Reunion Vacation Homes. We thought our problems would diminish once we made it into the house but we were sadly mistaken. The house was not cleaned, the bed linens were smelly and stained. Furthermore, most of the bed covers were inadequate. The head board in one of the bedrooms was falling apart. Most of the walls were covered in filthy marks or damaged. The wooden molding around the fireplace was falling apart which created a danger to our children. The carpets had stain marks and dead bugs. The carpet underneath the bed, Furniture tops and countertops were covered with dust and dirt. The bathroom water temperatures was not set properly. The blinds in the living room and den were damaged and missing altogether. To make matters worse, the house had pest problems with ants in the bathrooms, kitchen and also in our children’s room and bed. We made attempts going to the office, making phone calls and having back and forth emails in order to get their attention in regards to the ants problem and other issues with the property. After numerous attempts which were ignored, my wife spent two days out of our vacation time to clean and get the house up to living standards for our family. We asked to speak with the Operations Manager James Gockman, who failed to come out and speak to us about our issues. We stated our concerns to the front desk lady Thalia who seem to be not knowledgeable in helping us. She pushed us out of the office with failed promises that the problems in the house would be fixed. We ask for documentation that the house was cleaned and disinfected before our arrival, and she was not able to produce which is quite concerning because we are stilling the fighting coronavirus in our country. The company decided to send a pest control to manage the ants to appease us but ignored our other issues with the house. Please be AWARE of Florida Reunion Vacation Homes and their homes. Please do your research before booking. I do not want another family to go through what my family went through with Florida Reunion Vacation Homes. ##### Mark S. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, clean and up to date. The pool had plenty of chairs and 3 separate sitting areas for folks to gather and enjoy the beauty of the Reunion sunsets. I couldn't give a higher rating and will be returning to this property! If I could offer any areas that could use some improvement I could only say that the pool deck had lots of weeds growing in-between the stone work. This was in no way detrimental to our stay, just would be nicer without them. Also there were many "dings" on the walls and some simple touch up painting would help. Other than these couple of things everything was beyond our expectations. If you have the chance rent this property you will not be disappointed. ##### David D. If you are last minute checking in just a heads up, you have to be there by 5 PM and go to the their office to get the check in code for the door. If you don't make it plan to stay in a hotel for that night. Just a heads up the house isn't well stocked, they give you 2 trash bags, 2 pods for the dish washer,no extra toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 box of washing powder. They leave a note for you saying they only give you a starter kit and a address to the stores near by. So bring extra. The A/C has to stay on 74 degrees. At night it was a little hot. ##### Teri P.
