The home was clean but the tv's in the bedrooms were outdated, there were not much cable channels on the tv, it was more like local channels but who is there to watch tv on vacation. You don't get the insurance fee back. 3) the location to check in is not a bonafide office which was hard to find. I will not book through them again.
