This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the second floor of the peaceful and gated Villas at Island Club community, offering the perfect mix of privacy and resort-style amenities. Upon entering, the spacious living room greets you to the left, featuring plush carpeting and comfortable seating for the whole group to unwind and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV. To the right, the open kitchen and dining area provide a bright and functional space to prepare meals, complete with essential appliances like a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  
Continuing past the kitchen, a hallway leads to a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups: the first bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a TV, while the second bedroom delights kids and Disney fans with two fun bunk beds, Mickey Mouse-themed décor, and another TV.
