#### A weekend away, Disney and Orlando

The property is very centrally located for Universal and Disney which is what was top priority for us. The house was nice, really open and plenty of space. I have only stayed in a VRBO one other time, and the property management team here was wonderful! There was an issue that the stove was broken, I called after hours to report it and they called me back within the hour and had a new one installed the next day! We had a few other oddities, but every time I called the staff for the property was professional and so easy to work with! They made the stress of being a newbie to VRBO easy!

Very nice house! Just wish there was a privacy screen around the pool since the house is on a corner lot. The amenities at the Resort are great. We Enjoyed our stay!!!

#### Nice and clean! Great neighborhood with lots to offer.

The area would be great for families trying to do a little of everything. We didn't come to town for theme parks but rather a sporting competition about 20 minutes away. Great location for Disney and other I-Drive attractions. Will definitely consider renting again next year. I didn't however like the $15 charge to have a package delivered 20 minutes away that I had to then go pickup. Not sure why i couldn't have had it delivered directly to the rental house. That's my only complaint and why it's a 4-star.

#### Nice place, a few inconvenient things.

The actual property was very nice and fit our needs very well. I was disappointed that we had to drive to the offices to check-in, when the digital code could have easily been emailed to me. Seems to be an unnecessary step in the check-in process. Also seemed a little nitpicky that there would be an extra charge to use the spa. There was really low water pressure in one of the upstairs showers. Again, the actual house was great and fit our team, but just a few things I'd suggest for a better overall experience.
