You’ll also appreciate little touches that make it feel like home – complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Kick off your flip-flops and settle into the plush leather sofa to watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flat-screen TV. Better yet, turn off all the electronics and just enjoy one another’s company and the views of the lush landscaping out the sliding glass doors.


Those doors lead to a private patio area with seating – sip on your coffee in the morning and a cold cocktail at night as you enjoy the pretty palm tree views. Pretty and practical, the fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space and stainless appliances. It also has a cut out to the main living area so the cook can stay part of the action. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with large table that seats up to six comfortably.


Simple and comfortable, the first bedroom offers a queen bed, plenty of storage space and a large window for lots of natural light. It also has a convenient en-suite bathroom featuring a large vanity and walk-in shower with glass doors.


The second bedroom has tons of sleeping space thanks to a queen bed and a twin bed. Another large full bathroom with tub/shower combination is perfect for guests.


Located right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, Vista Cay Resort puts you in a prime location to enjoy all the best Orlando has to offer. You’re less than 15 minutes from all the major theme parks including Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Plus, you’re close to tons of dining and shopping options. Vista Cay Resort also has its own clubhouse and
pool area for guests to enjoy when they’re not out sightseeing.

Business Trip

The property was fine, nice and clean. We were down during an extremely cold spell for Florida. The panhandle of Florida received 9" of snow and the highs in Orlando barely made it out of the 40's. I am telling you this because if you rent this facility there is no way to turn on the heat. They have the thermostat blocked so you can only use the air conditioning. It was freezing in the condo. They can't control the weather, but they sure can control the thermostat.

Clean condo, but it felt like a old sanitized hospital, unconfortable beds, not enough furniture

We just stayed in this condo for 7 days 7 nights, 8 days. I believe one of the most important things in a room is comfortable beds and pillows. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the bed frames made noises with any move. Bed frames are not even attached to the bed frames. Invest in real bed frames with comfortable mattresses and pillows. All the bare walls with no picture frames makes you feel as of you are in an old sanitized hospital. Not enough cooking utensils, nothing available to cook in the oven. Supplies such as toilet paper, laundry and dishwashet pods provided are very low, for a family of 4 and considering we were there for 7 nights,8 days. The living room only has one couch to sit to watch TV. Consider bringing another sofa. The bedrooms could use a chairs to be able to put clothe. There is a very fancy table setting with formal dishes. However, that is not practical at all when you are on vacations. We ended up not using the table because it was more of a trouble to take all of the dishes out of the table. The main pool is on the other side of the street, on their other building, you have to walk for about 7-10 mins. We mostly used the smaller pool near the condo, only about 2 min walk. Overall the amenities and location were good, but we dont believe we will ever return to this condo. We have been in much better condos at a much cheaper rate.

Near the Convention Center for Nationals 🏐 Clean & Minimalist (would recommend leaving the counter and table clear of settings!) SAFE - I let the girls walk to the pool by themselves and to other condos during light times Nice bedding (just a cover sheet and blanket, no gross comforters to deal with) Walking distance to little shopping center with a Publix and At The Diner which was perfect for breakfast or lunch. Little porch that looked out into a courtyard with plush grass and trees!

Very straight forward. Simple process. Communication is fast and 100% accurate. The parking was a minor hiccup due to the current construction site being in close proximity. But this is temporary and out of the owners control. Great Experience overall. Would definitely return. Thanks for the stay.

Great home away from home

The location was perfect, the neighborhood was great; we felt very safe there and comfortable. The apartment/condo had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable too. It definitely met my needs and expectations, and I’d stay there again. The only real “problem” we experienced was that the gate code we were given did not work, so we had to call for help. We were given another code that worked though and didn’t have any further issues with access. The only (temporary) downside was the parking, there is some new construction going on there and the parking was closed off, which made for some slight annoyances due to no way to turn around, but that was outside of the owner’s control.
