Two story Mediterranean Style Townhouse located at Fantasy World Resort.
The HEATED pool and the three Hot Tubs are ideal for winter season. Water Slides and Lazy River; Kid's splash pad; Children's Playground; Kid's Activity Center; Game Room, Childrenā€™s Movie Theater; Playground; Tennis court and Mini Golf. Resort schedule kids activities everyday.
There is a great Bar by the pool with TV screens. Fitness center with sauna and steam room; Gym has a nice view of the pool areas and Resort. On-site Business Center with High-Speed Internet and printer. All these options are included in your stay. THIS IS A PRIVATE PROPERTY IN THE FANTASY WORLD RESORT MANAGED BY THE OWNER, NO EXTRA FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

The resort also offers indoor surf and indoor golf, for an additional fee.

About the House

House ideal for 6 people (one King bed, two Full beds) with memory foams mattresses.
2 Bed Rooms, 2 full baths ( First floor bathroom with shower and on the second floor bathroom with bathtub), dining room, living room with sofa sleeper, patio with dining table, equipped with fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer. Toaster, Blender and Coffee maker. Free Parking in front of the house. No parking pass necessary!!!

Guest Access

With your stay you will have access to lots of entertainment, 3 pools, water slides, lazy river, sauna & steam room, locker room with shower, gym, Tiki bar, game room, jacuzzi, picnic and BBQ area, and much more to enjoy!

The indoor surfing and indoor golf are not included with your stay and need be paid on site if you want to play. Please see front desk for more info about these features.

Conveniently located at walking distance of Pizza Hut, Arby's, Cici's Pizza, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, Bob Evans and many other restaurants.

We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home.

For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is NO SMOKING AND NO PETS allowed inside the house.

The towels belong to our property, not the resort. Remember to always bring any towel back from the pool.

6 wristbands will be provided upon check in. The wristbands give you access to the pool area and club house facilities and should be worn at all times. Please remember to return the wristbands when you get back into the house. In case of lost, there will be a charge of $50 per lost wristband.

Great stay!
Overall great stay. We decided to take a spur of the moment trip from Maine to FL for some sunshine. Literally booked everything at lunch time and were checking in that evening.

Fantasy world resort was a joy to stay at. Super clean and amazing staff. The property itself we rented needs updates but was good for what we needed- itā€™s fantastic that the entire resort access comes with this rental!

Cannot beat the location! Short drive to all parks & attractions. Awesome on-site pool / waterslides / hot tub / sports courts. Very happy with house's amenities (kitchen tools, appliances, Smart TVs). Mattresses were SUPER comfy - will be asking homeowner for brand.

Just what we needed
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a very convenient location in Kissimmee and right across the street from the resort pool and amenities. The owner and property manager responded quickly to a question we had. It was a good value and just what we needed for this trip.

Family friendly with children
It suited us perfect except that painting of the outside of our particular building was in process and some windows were covered resulting in a cave like atmosphere. The lanai was dirty and unusable. I reached out to the owner and the situation was rectified. We were able open windows and use the lanai for the remaining days. Grateful for the response of the owner who didn't think the painting was to take place the week we were there. The amenities and employees of Fantasy World were A plus in our book.

meh... just ok
Condo is just ok. It's pretty banged up and needs some love, especially the paint/trim work, shower door barely closes and downstairs shower is useless (sprays all over and blows curtain outward). Not to mention there are no washcloths (odd) and the hand towels look as though they were used for painting prior. The condo has a ring doorbell/camera pretty much in your face as you walk in/out. And, the wifi thermostat kept automatically going up to 75 degrees (we had it set to 71) which is warm upstairs when kids have sunburns. It felt as though we were being observed so I unplugged the wifi. (Smaller things but when you have stayed at many VBROs in the past you expect better for a 4.7 overall rating.) Fantasy World resort was nice. It's geared more towards younger kids vs teenagers. The pool areas were clean and the staff was very nice. The slides were closed more often than open. The gym is functional and has the necessities. If we were to stay again, we would book through Fantasy World directly and save 20-25% for the exact same condo. Unfortunately, I didn't know this until we spoke to some people there.

Great
We had a great time at this condo. Everything was clean and nice. The only downfall was that the water park was closed for maintenance, and we were not given any notification. After speaking with others, many had no idea the park was closed. Would stay here again. Very convenient to restaurants and parks.

Beware
We arrived at this location after a long day or travelling and we welcomed to no running water. Made attempts to contact the host via messenger and host stopped responding after mentioning no water. Proceeded to be on the phone with Vrbo customer service for 2 hours to try and resolve the issue, still no communication with the host. While on hold many times with Vrbo agents found out that the main pool and slide were closed for our stay, a pre-planned closure. No communication of closure was sent to us and the main reason we chose this property was for the slide. Immediately booked another place and wasted the first day of our vacation dealing with these issues. Will be fighting for a refund for this awful experience.
