We booked thinking it was pet friendly, it is not. Our well-behaved dog did nothing but sleep and apparently “shed” while in the unit. He shed so much, that the host needed to throw away the bedsheets and charge us 55 for new sheets. Also, for a listing that is described with “no hidden fees”, we’ve been charged 85 (plus tax) for a pet after we’ve already left with zero prior knowledge or notification. Nowhere in the listing description was there ever any mention of a pet fee. That, by nature, is a hidden fee. First and last VRBO experience for us.
