Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working the first day we were there and we tried complaining but no response! Imagine no wifi, TV, or phone line for your entire vacation! Very frustrating. As well, the first night we were there, the pool heater was on a timer which turned off the entire night. So the pool was cold. ##### Robert H. The home is nice, but needs a lot of cleaning. The pic shows 4 bar stools but only had one, I contact manager and they advise some will be mailed to home, 3 days later some arrive in a box to assembly, I never open the box or should I be responsible for putting together someone else’s barstools. The couch to the downstairs floor is filthy dirty I had to go and buy a sheet to lay across it so we can sit on it. I paid extra to have the pool heat it I contact the management and they told me someone will come out I again call them three days in a row no one never came out. I have contact the owner of the home for almost 2 weeks now for a refund and I’m keep getting the runaround ,I wasn’t going to leave a review but I want everyone else to know if you rent this house be aware there’s a lot of broken items throughout the house the couch is filthy the home, the showers doors are off line, just a lot of items needs tlc.
