Check in was easy and straight forward which was great after a long flight. My girls loved the place and the complex has everything a nice clubhouse pool lazy river activities on the lake which my eldest girl who is 13 loved. Very close to the parks 7eleven publix walmart target etc The townhouse had Plenty of dish washing soap laundry detergent shampoo conditioner kitchen and toilet roll etc to last a good few days which was great. Plenty of things to cook with girls and my toddler loved the Mickey waffle maker and we had a lovely bbq to which was nice to have that included :) loved the pool was lovely and warm. beds were super comfortable plenty of places to sit in the living room and at the counter in the kitchen :) nothing was a bother Renata checked in often to make sure everything was okay and is very caring and understanding as during our stay my dad took bad and we were given a later check out which was great so my dad didn’t have to rush around on the morning after being in the hospital till early hours. My grandkids loved the heated private pool and the on site water park. The free shuttle to and from was an added bonus. It was very clean and the beds comfortable.We really enjoyed the lake out back and seeing wildlife every day. We even saw two bald eagles landing on the roof of the adjacent building. We ran into a couple hiccups during our stay but the hosting company took care of them immediately. My only suggestion would be to add a few more larger frying pans as there was only one 8" fry pan available. Overall its a beautiful home and great location. Jul 8, 2025 Liked: Communication Disliked: Check-in #### This is not a 10 property! Maybe a 5! On the the co. handling the property was very responsive. Issues you and the owners need to be aware of:1) Pool is not child safe. FL law requires there to be an alarm on any access to the pool area. There is none.2) The pool fence has a broken post & a child could crawl under3) The blinds on the door to the pool have been removed 4) Sectional is dirty, ripped and needs replacement. 5) The dining chairs are plastic and a few have cracked 6) Bottom drawer in the refrigerator is broken7) Bedrooms and living room should have fans for air circulation8) Sink in downstairs bathroom has a crack and drains slowly9) Dishwasher stunk. I bought cleaner for it.10) Ironing board is flimsy and the cover is filthy11) Iron has caked on burnt starch which comes off on clothes 12) Washing machine water temperature was not working but Mgt Co repaired.13) There were live roaches which the Mgt Co came and sprayed14) The area around the washing machine is not clean15) Half of the beds do not have bed pads. There is a mattress protector but not a bed pad, so it was like sleeping on plastic.This is not a high end property at all. It also shows that the property is not checked to make sure it is in good condition prior to occupancy. ##### Beryl S.
