Step inside and feel immediately at home in a welcoming, thoughtfully laid-out space. The kitchen is bright and functional, featuring crisp white cabinetry, matching white appliances, and composite countertops. A central island with seating for three invites casual breakfasts or evening chats over coffee brewed from the convenient single-cup maker. Share meals or plan your day’s adventures at the dining table for three, set just off the kitchen. The living room is cozy and relaxed, with a comfortable couch and loveseat facing a smart TV—perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Slide open the glass doors and step out onto the screened-in patio, where a small table and two chairs offer a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening breeze.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.   
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.   
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.   
  
Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.   
  
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.   
  
This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.   
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
  
• For ALL community amenities guests need to wear wristbands that are kept in the home. A max of 8 wristbands is available for this unit address. They need to be returned to home after use or will be fined $100 per wristband.   
  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
  
• Designated parking stall and lot parking for 2 vehicles available. Additional lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.   
  
• This home is pet friendly. Up to 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note: A one-time pet fee of $35 per pet, per night applies and is not included in your booking total. To arrange payment, contact the Customer Care Team after booking.  
  
• Stairs required.   
  
• Portable crib & high chair provided.
