Located on the exclusive and newly built Storey Lake Resort on Kissimme area, this townhouse conveys an understated elegance not often found.

The resort features world-class facilities and amenities including a state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center, kitchen, a day spa, and a swimming pool with water slides and splash for the little kids. There are multiple sports courts within the community, a lazy river, an artificial beach, a restaurant & bar, a children's playground. Guests can also enjoy of different other activities including kayaking, a mini golf, natural trails and conservation areas for their recreation and relaxation.

Storey Lake location on Osceola Parkway and SR 535 in the Kissimmee area gives easy access to major Florida highways, such as I-4, I-Drive, 517 and US 192. Guests have a short drive to all the attractions parks: Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and Legoland. Nearby, they will be able to explore shopping malls, restaurants, nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment options, too!

Appointed to the highest level and an elegant modern décor this property features on the ground level an open plan living/dinning/kitchen concept with view to the screened private pool.

Up to 12 guests will find a comfortable accommodation in its five bedrooms that are gorgeously decorated. There are two bedrooms on the first floor: one with a QueenSize bed and the second with a Bunk bed with a TwinSize bed over a FullSize. On the upper floor guest will find two Master Bedrooms both with KingSize beds and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a double sink and bath tub, while the other has a single sink with a shower box. The fifth bedroom consists of a pair of TwinSize beds.

The laundry/washer room and additional bathroom are also in the ground floor.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

My overall impression was great. Very nice Airbnb, only giving 4/5 stars because the sidewalk to the house was unusable with a rotten, dried up tree, leading to tons of lizards. Contacted guest services and was told they would inform HOA. The sidewalk was covered our whole stay.

4 night stay

Overall the stay was great. Only complaint was a palm tree that had fallen down and covered our sidewalk/entrance to the house. This was inconvenient as we had an older family member who does not walk well on uneven surfaces. I contacted the rental company right away who said they told property management. This was on Friday and it was not removed until our last day on Monday afternoon. It was evident this tree had been down for a while because the grass was worn where people had to walk around it. The rental company’s response when I asked why it hadn’t been removed was that it wasn’t their problem and I should reach out to property management… which I thought it was there job since they are the ones managing the rentals…??… like I said that was my only complaint.

The rental property I booked was disappointing due to poor condition with chipped paint and a broken fridge box. Limited kitchen supplies made meal preparation difficult for my large family, leading us to buy extra items during our stay. I rate this place a 1 out of 5 for unsuitability for long stays or accommodating large families. Confusion over the door code, needing a picture of my payment card, and instructions from multiple numbers added to the frustration of the experience.

Pick a better kept unit!

Location was good and the community was nice. There are many units in this community available to rent and I wish we would’ve chosen a unit that was kept up better. As one of the last review points out, the pictures are not representative of the property. This unit needs new carpet and repainted walls, stains on carpet and scuffs on walls were large and numerous. The floor boards in the upstairs master were very squeaky, likely poor construction but perhaps something could be done. Pool heater did not work. I spent time each day communicating with management about it, they would claim the tech came to fix it but the pool was still cold. I was told to go through an appeal process to get money back on the pool heater. Felt I had wasted so much time arguing with them over it, just cut my losses. Very poorly stocked, had to buy garbage bags and our own towels to take to the clubhouse pool because unit had none. Smoke detector battery ran out in the night, they did fix that, but something that should be replaced regularly as it meant leaving the detector disabled overnight. Clearly the owner of this unit does not reinvest anything in the property. Management was quick to respond, but did not fix all problems.

Outdated Photos - Bait & Switch

We had to book this propert when another property fell through last minute. It looked good and checked a lot of boxes for our family (location, size). When we arrived it was very clear that the pictures were extremely outdated. The whole place is in need of a fresh coat of paint and new carpets. The bunkbeds in the "minion room" were rickety at best and large chunks of wood were missing. Stains throughout both floors on the carpets. The pool was filthy and clearly needed a good scrubbing. Towels were left in the washer. The furniture in the living room was very shabby and clearly needs to be replaced. Two of the decorative pillows weren't even pillows - they were just pieces of fluff shoved in the decorative pillowcases. Very weird. Tropical Storm Nicole hit while we were there and we never received guidance from the property manager as to how we should handle anything. Luckily, it was a mild storm, but what if it had been more serious? Overall, the experience was fine. We had somewhere to sleep, the neighborhood was safe, and we had enough space for our family. They also accused us of breaking the coffee pot which we had never even plugged in let alone used. This, along with everything above, felt very shady. I would not recommend it to anyone and would not stay here again.

Property amenities were amazing. The home was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the fridge stopped working midway through your stay and wasn’t able to get fixed until the evening prior to our departure. Great location but needs some TLC

The good.. Fairly priced, location was perfect and accommodated our large family. The community pool was great for days we didn't go to the parks. The downside was the house needs some maintenance and a heavy duty cleaning. The faux leather chairs were torn on the corners, there were several scratches and mystery stains on the walls and ceiling. The rug in the living room was disgusting and needs to be thrown in the trash. None of the floors looked or felt clean. The bunk bed in the kids room needs to be removed or replaced. We did not feel safe allowing our children to sleep on the top bunk. We would definitely stay in the same neighborhood again but would likely look at other properties.

Substandard accommodations

This property needs significant improvement. From dirty carpets, aged and beat up furniture, inadequate kitchen items (we left an ice cream scoop!!), a septic system that got backed up in the downstairs bath...this property was poor value and poor quality. The backed up system was blamed on wipes being flushed but none in our family used wipes. This same circumstance was noted in a previous review and was repeated during our visit. The event happened on Tuesday, maintenance came on Wednesday, but no cleanup crew came so we had an unusable and disgusting bath for three days. If you read other reviews of this property, you should assume that nothing has improved. The neighborhood has too many residents for the pool and activity area. It was always crowded and with COVID there was extremely limited lounge chairs. The area around the neighborhood was very sketchy and I wouldn’t walk outside the neighborhood. This made eating out a task as you needed to drive 10 minutes to get to a nicer area. Positives: The reservation and check-in process was simple enough. Getting through the gate for entrance was easy as well. The Publix across the highway was convenient. Otherwise, we will never choose this property nor the neighborhood again. Worst VRBO property we have ever encountered. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Not the best, not the worst.

Overall the stay was okay. The bed count was not consistent with the listing and when asked to clarify before the trip, we didn't get a response. During the stay, the battery of the door died so that needed to be replaced. It was replaced on a timely manner, however maintenance decided the pool needed to be filled some more so they put a hose in the pool. Which would have been fine, but they forgot to turn the water off. The house would have flooded if we didn't notice (approximately 4-5 hours later). Then after checkout, they want to charge us extra for cleaning, when an initial cleaning fee was already charged. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me. They stopped responding to my messages now. I've stayed at various properties from vrbo in the past but unfortunately this has been the worst so far. Location was good though.

Poor Management, NO communication, roaches

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from management and the property has a major bug problem. It took 11/2 hours after checking in to get the door code( it was only sent after vrbo tried to make contact with management and refund us our money). We tried for days before making our way down to Florida and got no response. Apparently you can ONLY communicate with them via portal however we didn’t find that out until the following day. Management will not answer calls,emails,chat, voice mails, NOTHING. There are roaches, crawling all over the kitchen and in our food, on the bath towels ( I have photos and videos). Hair and crumbs in kitchen cabinets. Carpets are black from dirt and need cleaned or replaced, pool was not heated, hvac thermostat will not go below 72, no ceiling or floor fans. We opened windows to get some type of breeze but being so close to the interstate we were kept up all night with tragic noise. Beds are squeaky. When I reported issues to management, their response was “ enjoy your stay and try the nice amenities”. We never received an apology or a solution to fix any issues. I feel bad for the property owners who are trusting their homes (investment) with this type of management. We will never rent a property from Wonder Vacation Homes again.

Close to the Parks!

Very convenient location. Super close to Disney & close to Universal & Sea World. Clean spacious rooms. Gated community. We felt very safe! Just like home!!

Birthday Stay

Myself and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The response was quick and I was able to navigate throughout the house thanks to the information provided to me early on.. wish the pool was a little bigger but nonetheless a good time was had by all..

West Stay and we give the whole stay a F as a grade for stay and the management.

To start with the air thermostat set on 72 and all bottom floor was so miserable to sleep in cus to hot!! Then the entrance to property was terrible. We had to wait over 35 min just to get into gate Friday night. Not sure who’s idea it was to put the gate that close to the roads but must have picked him up at McDonald’s to come up with that. The main road was blocked both ways and then the traffic coming off main highway was backed up maybe a mile waiting to turn in. Next time hire someone with knowledge to layout the entrance. Next thing that done me in was the continued emails day after day reminding us of checkout on 20th by 10am. When we made reservations we knew this and we had our flight times so there was absolutely no reason for a email to get out from day one. Even one with a treat there would be people at the door at 10am. And then the threat of a 60 dollar an hour if we wasn’t out. I think everyone that comes there to stay knows the checkout times in advance that they don’t need emails everyday of the stay to remind them. Next was there’s no way to contact anyone except by email or text and then you have to wait days on response. It was also a problem getting our door code. Was supposed to be emailed 24 hours before but I ended up having to text and wait to get one before we left. I think the property is probably in need of some new management. Also condo was very out dated. I hope y’all take the guest comments and make changes.
