Room smelled like mildew. Pulled bed from couch and it was covered in mildew/mold. Reported it and asked to change the couch bed or rooms. They were unable to accommodate with either and since we paid in advance there was no refund/cancelation.

Property is a 20 minute walk to universal studios citywalk. Staff was freindly and helpful. Room was clean, but smelled of mold/mildew. Had to run AC max fan to keep the smell at a tolerable level. Property dont have a hot tub.

We stayed one night, the next day we spent the day at universal and then traveled on… Check in was great front desk was super polite, staff were very nice. Super convenient to get to shopping and parks to have fun.

We recently stayed at the fairfield inn January 2024. Overall the stay was excellent. The free breakfast was always plentiful They had a variety of options (bacon, sausages, cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels (including gluten free bagels everyday)) and the always replenished before things ran out. The floor we stayed on was quiet. Our room did have a musty/mouldy smell to it when you entered however. But it was otherwise clean. The towels were replaced every day. Had two tvs in the room which was nice so kids could watch their shows and we could watch ours during down time. The hotel had a free shuttle to universal everyday. Four times in morning and 3 times in evening It was quite convenient and picked us up right outside the front doors. There was plenty of fast food options walking distance (burger king is next door, mcdonalds dominos, kfc and taco bell). There were a few restaurants nearby. We went to Carrabba's. It was great. The premium outlets are also close by. A 10minute bus ride away or 30min walk if you are willing to do it. Overall a great hotel and very convenient! Would stay again.

Room was dirty and smelled weird. When I ask to change rooms I was told no because they were booked full but yet I was able to reserve and pay for a room that night which I didn’t but it shows there were available rooms. I had to ask for blankets and pillows for my son to use on the sleeper sofa. The pillows are 1/2 size pillows. The room was dated. I found other people’s hair on shower walls and a dirty a tip at the base of the bed. I stayed 1 night out of the 5 I booked. After the 1st night I switched to another hotel.

Holiday Lodging Was Great
This hotel was very conveniently located for my visit with nearby family and friends. The hotel is very clean and well kept, rooms very clean. Ample parking, nearby conveniences.Cons: bathroom vanity much too small, could use a new mattress, need more breakfast seating.
