The villa includes a custom-designed, saltwater pool and spa, along with a south-facing outdoor living area equipped with a TV and dining space that overlooks meadows. Located on a spacious cul-de-sac lot at the edge of the community, this villa offers privacy with a significant separation between homes. The interior features stylish decor, two living areas, and a game room—all within the secure Solterra resort. The resort provides amenities such as a beach-entry pool, water slide, lazy river, tennis courts, and a gym, and is situated just 15 miles from Disney and near Champions Gate's shopping and dining venues. Solterra Sunshine has a uniquely designed pool area, including a large extended pool deck, a 30 ft pool, and an in-ground spa. The LED pool and cage lighting can change color to create different atmospheres. The pool is saltwater chlorinated, which is gentler on the skin. Enjoy the wonderful South facing views over meadows from the comfortable outdoor living area. As you enter you are greeted by the spacious foyer and large, open concept living space complete with an island Kitchen and dining area, ideal for everyone can gather comfortably for meals. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook a snack or a feast. The large table can seat all the family/friends to gather. If your group is a small one, don’t worry, our home is very homely and comfortable for smaller groups as well as large. The luxuriously appointed living area features a large smart tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable sofas and reclining chairs. As you walk out of the living area to a grand, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home. The very large extended deck - specially designed by us, has amazing South and West facing open views over meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. Our luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it gets too warm for you, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area. There is a pool bath for added convenience. Handrails and wide steps make accessing our pool easy. All doors to the pool area are alarmed and there is a pool safety fence. The Game Room with pool/ping pong table/pool table, foosball, air hockey, darts is another great space for fun for everyone. On the ground floor there is a large Master king Suite with Master Bathroom, separate shower, and soaker tub, plus a King bedroom with Ensuite shower room. All bedrooms come with luxury linens and smart tv. Upstairs, you will find a spacious second sitting room with Large TV, and gaming table and Xbox 1 with Games package to download games. This second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax! Then there are super comfy bedrooms - the second Master king Suite with shower and dual vanity, 1 spacious king bedroom with jack and jill bathroom adjoining twin room - (this room can convert to a king if you require 5 kings and 2 twins), 2 twins sharing a bath with tub, to complete the second floor and providing guests with a very restful sleep after a day of fun in the Florida sun! Our home is energy efficient, fully air conditioned throughout and smart home enabled. Our wonderful management company, based close by, keep our home in immaculate condition and are fastidious about cleanliness. The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area - The Snack Bar and Lazy River is a wonderful addition to the already amazing facilities in the club house area! There is also a gym if you have any energy left and tennis and pickle ball courts, volleyball and Childrens play area. All this approximately a 9-minute walk of our home and included in your rental rates. (Parking available at the Club house) Please note the Community make a one time charge of $35-45 per group per stay to use the community facilities during your stay - payable on first use. The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the I4 and from there its about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic. There is also a quiet way avoiding the I4 to and from the 192 - and the quick back way to Disney - up Lake Wilson Road. There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes’ drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate - New Restaurants at Champions Gate are a great addition to the area. We have baby crib, pack play, highchair and safety gates - no extra charge. The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking. There is a Gas BBQ available for additional cost, $75 plus tax, cost includes Gas bottle (one per stay, guests to replenish if more needed) Guests are asked to leave in a clean condition. The house was plenty big enough for our family that stayed. My little guy loved that there are cows in the field behind the house! Both kids also enjoyed looking at the little lizards. The only part about the house was getting the back slider open. For my kids and my grandmother they couldnt open it on their own. There is a Publix grocery store only a few miles away which made our first night easier to get groceries. Our family loved the private pool and the giant community pool and slide. The lazy river was a nice place to relax. I will say around the lazy river i cleaned up garbage from people that threw plastic cups, lids, and straws in the mulch. ##### Natasha B. The house has everything you could possibly need on vacation and space galore. The gameroom came in super handy because the weather was in the 60’s while we visited so the pool/hot tub was not an option We did get to use them on our very first day and they were great. We did need to contact management regarding the hot tub and smoke detector and they were super responsive. It’s pet friendly and we needed that this time so I’m appreciative of owners that have that as an option. The beds were very comfortable and the linens are very nice. The neighbors were loud. All of the time. Not just a little, but kids screaming and talking as loud as possible. I saw this noted in other reviews so I’m wondering if they live there. I didn’t call a noise complaint but it made it very difficult to relax. Even in the bedroom off the patio area, you could hear it while trying to read or relax. I also think the pool heater needs to be replaced and the carpet should be professionally cleaned more often. There is a cobweb the size of Vermont in the stairwell I couldn’t reach. The neighborhood is PACKED. All the time. Cars in the road packed. We got blocked in twice when trying to leave the neighborhood. Light switches should be marked- we had some trouble there. I do recommend the house but do not recommend the neighborhood because of the sheer volume of cars and people. ##### Karen L. Sits on a cul de sac lot with a field behind it so privacy was much improved for a very busy and large subdivision. Pool was fantastic! We spent much time in there when at the house. We attempted to utilize the neighborhood pool however it was quite busy and loud for our vacation this year. House was Large and roomy for our family now of 6 adults. Nice furnishings, abundance of dinnerware and kitchen items for use. We took advantage of the beach towels at the house and starter basket of supplies. Overall we had a wonderful week! The info about regulation of the house temperature by the owners through remote was not provided until 2 weeks prior to arrival at the home. Our family including a pregnant daughter in law was quite uncomfortable for the first 2 days at the house. We did notify owner who took action to decrease temp from 75 degrees to 73 degrees. This did take awhile to cool off the house. Suggestion would be that on arrival day the house would be already set at 73 to allow for more comfort of renters. Once we were hot from unloading g our cars it was difficult to get cool. The house also had difficulty maintaining the cooler temp once it was remotely decreased. Especially the room over the enclosed garage. Love being energy efficient but also want to be more in control of day to day temp at home we have rented. Pat was wonderful to work with! Yes I would recommend this place for friends and family to stay….in the winter months! ##### Pat M. The house was comfortable, clean and extremely spacious. This home was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. Having two living rooms was very convenient and the games room was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were all very large and no shortage of bathrooms! The laundry room was very convenient. Plenty of linens, towels and beach towels for the pool. This house is loaded with extras and we certainly appreciated every detail. Great location, quiet backyard with everything you would need! The pool was amazing, Ceiling fans/lights, outdoor fridge, tv, and bbq! The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and ample seating for everyone. The garbage pick up each morning was very convenient! The property management was quick to respond and very helpful.
