Amazing property, close to everything, best place ever

Check in was such a breeze with the property owner and the main gate check in. We felt very safe in Windsor Hills and the main building has lots of weekly activities for the kids plus the main pool and water slides are a bonus. The house was amazing, everything we needed was in the house, the pool and hot tub were great and was used every single day. Beds were great, lots of towels, it was the perfect place for our family of 9 to relax and take in all of our vacation. Quick response from the host whenever we had a question, we will be back again for sure. This property is so close to all the shops and gift shops, Walmart is a 2 min drive away, very good location!!

Excellent location, comfortable furniture, warm pool, lacking in some details

We love Windsor hills, and this home is located very close to the clubhouse, a short 10 minute walk to the water slides- we enjoyed them thoroughly. Have stayed at a few different properties at Windsor hills and this one was lacking in some details. Positives were comfortable beds and furniture, and a very warm pool with morning and early afternoon sun. Property owner was very quick to reply to concerns, but property manager was slow- took 3 days for them to deliver soap which was supposed to be in all of the bathrooms upon arrival. Dishwasher bottom rack was broken- functional but very frustrating- not sure timeline on getting that fixed. There were only 10 forks which is not enough for a 5-bedroom place, and no sharp knives in the drawer- we actually bought one and left it there so now there is one! A nice addition would be fans in each room (owner says she is working on this), the main floor master bedroom fan squeaks. The price is less than a few other places we have stayed, but maybe because of the lower price, it lacked some of the nicer details.

Family Vacation

We loved the house! It very nicely accommodated our extended family of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids ranging from age 10-5) plus 2 additional adults for 2 of the nights. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. Kids loved the game room and pool at the house. The house is a close 5 min walk to the club pool and clubhouse. Very close to Disney and Universal. My only recommendation for improvement would be better cooking equipment/stove. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Disney getaway

This property met only some of our expectations, but was sufficient. In the kitchen, there is no pizza cutter available, a knife would suffice but the knives were all as sharp as a butter knife so it was a challenge. There was also no ice cream scooper, not a big deal we could use a spoon, but the quality of the silverware did not match the strength of the ice cream. Again neither of these a big deal, but honestly I would expect these two items to be readily available in even the least stocked kitchens. On to the biggest issue in the kitchen, the stove top. The right side of the electric range had one large and one small burner both individually controlled by their own knobs. However when turning the knob for the front right large burner, if you turned it on from high to low it turned BOTH burners on. If you turned in on from low to high it turned only the wrong burner on. This is a major safety issue. The in house game room. Again everything listed was present, the condition was sub-par. I brought my 7 and 4 year old so we were looking forward to using this room. The air hockey table worked, but the air supply was dismal therefore the puck barely glided. The game systems were all present but they were not hooked up properly, the memory was full and games could not be played, and there was a lack of working controllers. The bathrooms upstairs, the far one ran constantly, we tried pushing the flapper down, but it needs replaced. The toilet closest to the steps was a complete mess. Every time you flushed it the handle flew off and the flapper did not shut at all. We had to reassemble the toilet every time it was flushed. The water bill must be through the roof. One of the bathrooms on the first floor had a sink with a stuck stopper. We didn’t realize it before running water so we had standing water in the sink all weekend. The information binder has not been updated in several years because we spent a half hour looking for a recycling dumpster in the overflow lot that hasn’t existed for 2 years. Big issue, pool. We arrived and it was too cold for pool heat, um what? It couldn’t be turned on until Monday and the water wasn’t warm until Thursday. We left at 5AM Saturday. Pool heat was the one thing we communicated about ahead of time and the one thing that directly impacted our stay. Being from the northeast we use our pool/spa heat when it is cold so this made zero sense to me and we were very disappointed.

Wonderful, safe area

Multigenerational family of 6… mimi, daughter, son-in-law and 3 boys (15, 8 and 6) had a wonderful time in this home. Although it was close to parks, the kids would’ve been happy to spend the whole vacation between the pool and the community water park and arcade. The house was very clean, the layout worked well for us and the beds were comfortable. It’s a stones throw to Walmart and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Florida 2022

This much delayed return to Florida was a fantastic break. The house is in an excellent position for visits to Disney, Universal and all the other Orlando amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and a large Walmart nearby. Although we were simply happy to relax by the pool at the villa, the water park and pool on the estate looked very inviting for those with younger children. We also appreciated the well managed security checks at the entrance.

We had a great time at this home. We were very comfortable there. The owner, Shiela, is extremely kind, accommodating and responsive. Floor level bedrooms and walk in showers were very convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again!

We stayed with our kids. We had plenty of space. There is a crib on-site. The pool was warm even with the temperature outside being chilly. 11 minutes to most Disney parks. Would stay again.

This villa was excellent!

This rental exceeded our expectations. You can't go wrong with this rental. Great location that is really, really close to Disney parks and close to Universal as well. The house is very nice and spacious along with the pool, spa, game room and community center you won't be disappointed with tons of options to keep everyone entertained. The Owner and Management Company communicate very well and are super responsive to any questions before and during our stay. I genuinely was impressed with both. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't imagine staying in a Disney hotel room again after experiencing the comfort, convenience and cost of this home. I absolutely would stay here again without a second thought.

Fun Family Vacation

My family had such a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do- We went to magic kingdom and sea world. We had pool days at the house and also went to the clubhouse pool. The water at the splash park was cold but the pool and hot tub were always the perfect temperature! The house was spacious, the game room was fun but we honestly spent the most time in the pool area. The pool fence was great because my little one could walk around safely inside it while and I could also watch the other kids play. We did have an issue where the pool heater was tripped and not heating but Hapirental was out within the hour to fix it. We- and by we, I mean my boyfriend ;)- also locked the wrong lock which resulted in us being locked out of the house- again Hapirentals with the save and had us back in within 15 minutes. They were super friendly. Perfect location, great amenities and overall we had a great time. We already want to go back! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home for our family vacation :)

Wonderful home for large family of 10

This home was clean and comfortable. My kids loved the game room in the garage. It was nice to have two master bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen was well equipped. My family loved the pool right in the backyard! On our last day we made our way down to the clubhouse and we were so impressed! It was so much fun to play in the kids splash area/water slides. Definitely take time away from the parks and relax at this fun pool/clubhouse. There is a convenience store with essentials should you need something. There is also a small cafe to purchase hot dogs, fries, etc. We would love to come back for another stay! Thank you!

Great trip

We had a great time. The pictures are exactly how the house is. The tub upstairs drains really slow. The king room downstairs doesn’t cool very well. The pool was nice and relaxing in the morning and we had some Squirrels watch us eat our breakfast. Make sure your write the number for the property manager once you get onsite because the number listed online isn’t the correct phone number. Overall we had a great time and the house was amazing. Will be booking here for the future 😃
