I wish I was able to give a better review but I just can’t. The room smelled funny, the pullout bed in the couch was absolutely DISGUSTING (wires poking out of the bed, along with holes and god knows what stains on the mattress), there were holes in the floor, hair all in our towels, and on top of that we had to find out that kitchenette supplies (forks, plates, cups, pots and pans) were not provided AND we had to buy extra towels instead of them being provided. It was a mess and unfortunately we won’t be staying there again.

Pool nicht vorhanden, dieser wurde einbetoniert. Bezahltes Frühstück nicht erhalten. Das Besteck und die Töpfe müssen an der Rezeption gekauft werden, die Küche ist also nicht nutzbar. Weiterhin müssen frische Handtücher bezahlt werden, so wie auch der Zimmerservice extra bezahlt werden muss. So etwas ist mir bei allen Reisen nicht vorgekommen. Auf keinen Fall den Angaben des Hotels auf Expedia glauben schenken.

I paid a little extra to have a pullout couch for my kids. When I arrived it was broken, I called the front desk and they said they had no one at the moment to exchange or exchange me from rooms. I checking in Friday it wasn’t until Tuesday they put in a different pull out couch, no money refunded even though i couldn’t use it and i paid a little extra for it.. the room had small roaches, the bathroom was leaking, the walls are super thin, i could head the next door people having conversations, sex and snoring. Next time i rather pay a little extra for the peace of mind.

Not for me ever again
This extended stay has been converted to a furnished apartment bldg concept but only with low quality furniture but no utensils. Refrigerator doesn't work well. The floor gets flooded from AC water. The hallways smell Marijuana or cigarette smoke. Late checking is problematic. Only 5 hangers allowed per room. The room smells bad so had to buy my . No breakfast. But one good thing is that the windows open..

Expect nothing except an actual bed in a room with a door. Too open the door you have to push the handle down and then pull up and then push the door in. You get exactly two towels in the room and if you want any extra or clean ones you have to pay for them. This is not like any other extended stay hotel that I've ever stayed in. You don't even get a box of tissues in your room. If you forget shampoo soap any of the normal things you get when you in a hotel you don't get them here. You can't even get ABC on their television. The floors are disgusting. This morning I woke up to roaches crawling on the TV. The smell in there I think is a mildew smell but not positive. The only positive thing I could say is the mattress didn't squeak. You go out any door to go outside and people are smoking all around you and all of the grounds look like an ashtray with cigarette buds every which way. The first night there, there were two guys smoking up behind the building. And the lady at the front desk isn't the politest person to say the least. Parking area is definitely not safe. I would never let a single kid out of my sight for any second anywhere on this property.

Unfortunately, I was unpleased with the state of this property. As a frequent traveler, I have a high tolerance for items awaiting repair or slight inconveniences, but this property is in need of a complete over-haul. The fold out couch in the room was extremely old and falling apart. You can clearly see where it was patched up with brown tape. The mattress on the double size bed was uncomfortable and should be replaced. The carpet is worn in the rooms and down the hallways. There's literally holes worn in the carpet. The building may have mold issues as well. My family experienced respiratory problems the day after. The check in was super easy and the staff was very nice. The pool was clean and inviting. There's really no food on the property but there are options close by. Good luck!

Bring your own towels and rags or pay a fee
I sent my teenage son to the front desk to get some towels because there were three of us in the room with the description stated sleep up to six people. When he asked for it he was refused. I sent him back down and he stated that there are three of us and not enough towels and rags. He gave my son a set and said next time we would have to pay a few for it. So do we need to start bringing our own towels if we can’t even be accommodated with them for the amount of people in our room?

Hotel has a funny smell. Elevator smells like weed. No blankets for the sofa bed with 3 people checked into the room. Sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. Cabinets and kitchen “table” are literally slanted. No breakfast even though the Expedia website said they had breakfast. No ice. Floor is dirty. Room smells musty/moldy. No toiletries in bathroom.
