For starters the floor was so NASTY, like it’s never been mopped, there was a big ball of hair in the bathroom, like matted hair. The AC didn’t work to begin with so we asked to be moved which she did agree to move us but when we got back to the room after going to icon park it was working fine and we didn’t want to move everything yo another room so we told her we weren’t going to move but the next morning a maintenance man tried to come into the room to fix it so I’m assuming she didn’t change it in the system. The dishes were dirty, the cabinet under the sink was HORRID, when we opened the door I was taken back because it looked like it had never been cleaned. The pull out bed was COVERED in hair and other odd and end things. We weren’t provided proper sheets for the pullout bed and was to tired to go back down and get an actual fitted sheet so we just used a flat sheet to cover it after cleaning it of. The TV volume just cut out if you went over a certain number and then you’d have to turn the TV off to get it to have volume again. The stopped in the bathroom didn’t work and I have a 2 year old so bathing him was a task with no water staying in the actual bathtub. It was just a bad experience overall.

You get what you pay for. We stayed one nigh. Kitchen was not equipped and there was no blow dryer in bathroom. There was also a musty smell in the hallway. Besides that location is good and customer service was fast.

The property looked ran down, had a very bad odor in the hall and in my room. The sofa bed was not prepared, when i pulled the sofa out to set up the bed i seen bed bugs.

Hot tub jets did not work and hot tub was dirty. Our room keys were constantly not working. Very inconvenient when you're hands are full and you're at the furthest possible room from the lobby. Had to ask for linens for the fold out bed and dishes for the room. Felicia was great, but there was another worker that was not so friendly when asking for towels. "Breakfast" was worst I have ever seen for a hotel advertising they serve breakfast. There was instant oatmeal and muffins. Location was good but I was expecting a much better stay experience.

We have stayed here many times over the years. This our first visit back since Covid in 2020. Everything was clean. Was discouraged that the breakfast was downsized to a small countertop by the front desk with muffins tea and coffee. There was a crowd gathered in parking lot by pool till midnight that woke us. Our dishwasher was broken and maintenance is off on weekends.

We stayed only one night but the staff was friendly and service was great. The hot tub jets didn't work but it was warm. My bed was hard and the pillows sucked but my kids said the gave me the hard bed because they were fine. They are 10 and 8. Overall kids loved it.

Rugs in room are extremely dirty. Extra linens are very beat up, you’re better off going to Walmart to buy blankets. Breakfast is a joke. On the go breakfast means a muffin, cereal bar and tea, coffee goes fast and they don’t re fill. I won’t come back. When i noticed my daughter’s socks after walking on the rug, disgusting. Rugs should be cleaned. Hallways smell damp.

I've stayed in alot of sketchy hotels over my life and never left a bad review. This hotel by far takes the cake. There were blood splatters on the ceiling and curtains, cobwebs in every corner. The TV was so loose from the mount that it would fall over. The carpet was so dirty that we couldn't walk around in socks because it would turn them black. The smell in the entire floor was horrendous. We would have gladly went somewhere else but rebooking on such a short notice wasn't an option. I wouldn't let me worst enemy stay at this hotel.

Overall the experience was good. The front desk woman was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The rooms could be cleaner. My kitchen and bathroom floor were sticky and sounded as though our shoes were peeling from the floor. Asking for plates and kitchen supplies was something I assumed would be just automatically in the rooms. Overall we would go back, just would plan a bit differently.

Carpets were moldy, floors were sticky, and tiny showers. Screaming and fighting in the lobby. The staff was friendly but the hotel is in a very noisy location. Cars racing up and down the road keep you up. It is okay to stay for a night if you are passing through but not somewhere to stay a few nights.

Decent enough
Not a bad place, rooms were okay but a bit dated. A very convenient location. Only complaint, too many barking dogs. Don’t go on vacation and leave your dog locked in the room all day, not cool for the dog or the other guests.

Horrible hotel. Filthy rooms. Hair all over the bed, all over bathroom, all over the kitchen. Kitchen was filthy. Floor in the room was sticky. "Droppings" under the mattress when I checked for bed bugs. Nasty place. Room smelled musty. "Breakfast" was pitiful. Nutrigrain bars or packs or oatmeal.

The staff was really really nice and did their best with what they had. I don't typically leave bad reviews, but writing this for others to make an educated and informed decision before committing. I chalk my and other's reviews and ratings on Expedia and Google to upper management (not the onsite mgr) and ownership who obviously are operating on a very limited budget with low expectations. Place was filthy (years of build up grime). Room had vinyl flooring which looks like is only vacuumed, never mopped...learned the hard way after spilling something and wiping with a paper towel. Room had bugs, not bed bugs, or ants, probably small beetles. Low/dim lighting. Housekeeping service only after 2 weeks stay. Toilet clogged, they gave me a plunger. Fridge drawers and shelves all broken. Room and common areas smelled bad. Stove top not working. AC struggled. Wanted to find another hotel the moment we walked in, but had already paid and cancelation window closed. Couldn't wait to check out.

Good Enough
Room did not smell clean but was tidy. Walls are very thin, we could hear normal conversations in the room next to us. Front desk was polite and efficient. No breakfast food left by 9am.

Shabby but clean and cheap.
This hotel is OK if you plan on staying for a week or more, saving money, and doing nearly everything yourself. This hotel is severely understaffed and underserviced. The front desk host is very often away from the desk doing the laundry or other various chores. I called the front desk 6-7 times and they only answered once. When there were no extra linens in the room for the pull out couch, the front desk offered 1 flat sheet and a wool blanket. No fitted sheet or extra pillows were available. The grounds and parking lot have a lot of litter. the included "breakfast" was a basket of granola bars and muffins.

I would never return to this location. People partying and running in the halls until 3 am. The location was filthy. I’ve been in 3rd world countries with better accommodations.
