I didn't get the property that I booked, back in the first week of February! I called them each week 3 weeks before our trip and was assured that we had the room at Enclave Hotel and Suites. I was told each time I called that we had the room we booked. Our flight was delayed on 4/16/22 for 2 hours. So I called Enclave Hotel and Suites from the airport to let them know we were going to be 2 hours later for check in. At that point they told me we did not have a room! Had I not called we would have shown up with not knowing anything about this. Then they said we put you at another hotel. I didn't get this information until i called them. They gave us no choose to where we might be able to stay. This was not fair when I paid for this vacation 2 1/2 months in advance! The other very sad part of this was I had other family members staying at that same location, and was not able to stay and be with them. Very, Very, sad to say the least. I called and begged Enclave and Expedia to help. Most of this was pointing a finger at each other. They said because we use a Third party, which was Expedia that we cannot help you! I have pick this location many times for family events and getting together. But could not stay with them, and have a family vacation together. Also not knowing this until I called Enclave 4/16/22 from the airport, gave us a ton of anxiety not to be able to stay with family our this resort! And why were not notified about this? The lack to tell us was very unacceptable!
