This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.   
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.   
  
Bedroom #2 is Marvel-themed and includes a full size bed, a twin size bed, a desk, and a smart TV.   
  
Bedroom #3 is Frozen-themed and includes a full size bed, a twin size bed, a desk, and a smart TV.   
  
This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.   
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
  
• A $20 flat resort fee is included in the total rental cost.  
  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
  
• Lot parking for 4 vehicles available, passes required. Visitor passes are limited to one (4) vehicle per unit. Tenant must pick up parking pass from front desk upon arrival to the condominium  
  
• Portable crib, high chair, strollers, and baby gate available.   
  
• Stairs required.   
  
• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability
