It reminded us of off campus housing in a college town. Walls scuffed, rust in and around showers, chipped paint on kitchen cabinets, dirt marks on doors, missing light bulbs, broken twin bed in one of the bedrooms, crappy paint job on walls, sliding glass door missing handle and very difficult to open and close. Furniture looked like it came from goodwill. There are signs posted in multiple walls about the trash, the towels, etc. Pool was clean; we enjoyed using it. The neighborhood is gated, quiet, great clubhouse, pool, and friendly staff. Easy to access property. Although there were no reviews, we rented it because it was listed as a Premier Host. I don’t think they’ve seen the place.
