Magnificent Christmas

In addition to the many, many wonderful things to do in the "estate" it gave our large Family Christmas a warmth that we will never forget. By chance on Christmas Eve morning we were presented with an unexpected arrival of a hot air balloon. We loved our stay.

Eagle Cove getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. We had kids raging in age from 5-18 and everyone had a blast. The pictures do not do the place justice. We would book this place again!

This was an amazing house to stay at. Our group loved spending time in the great pool, the golf simulator, the bowling alley. We loved making meals in kitchen. We all slept well with very comfortable beds. We rented bikes and loved all the trails on the reunion property. We loved having resort access to play pickle ball in the late afternoons. Everyone had a marvelous time at this house with so much to do.

terrible experience

nothing worked. alarm kept going off, bowling alley was always down, stove, coffee maker, half the appliances did not work. extremely frustrating and service was very slow. for something that cost as much as it did, you would expect the condition of the home and the service to be much better. i have stayed the this street several times and this was by far the most disappointing. thanks, sam

Everything you could want and need for a large family vacation. There are rooms and entertainment for everyone to enjoy time together and also places to get away for alone time if needed. Our family loved every minute!🌼

This might be one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! Pictures do not do it justice and words cannot describe it all the entertainment you could ask for and one of the best pools around! Will definitely be back. This place left us speechless

Great family trip

This house had everything to keep everyone happy and busy. The pool is the highlight with the lazy river. All the bedrooms were great along with the basketball court and golf si Simulator. The only minor negatives were the one frig was out but there were plenty of others. The wine cooler worked great for beer and sodas. The bowling alleys were a little temperamental and shut off randomly a couple times. But the engineer was out within 15 minutes to fix it. I would stay here again.

Disappointing

This was our third year renting this house. It's in a great location relative to Disney and the Reunion area is very pretty. The house, however, which is relatively new and beautiful, is not being maintained properly. A few appliances, the sauna and gaming area had issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived but were not. In addition almost every mattress needs to be replaced. Also had to contend with roaches and other insects.

Hello, our party enjoyed our time at the Eagle Cove mansion. I think the backyard was everyone's favorite. A few things I think need to be addressed at the property. Many of the mini tiles by the hot tub were missing. My son cut his hand on one of them. That needs to be fixed and resolved for future guests. Some of the upstairs icemaker's weren't working. The bowling alley was having issues even though we had a maintenance man come to look at it. So some of those little things weren't perfect but overall, we all enjoyed our stay in the home. We've rented homes in reunion multiple times.

Beautiful home. Still lots of new home issues though. The AC unit in the spa room kept pouring out water. Made room dangerous with water all over marble. Outside lights did not working in evening. Bowling alleys not accessible for all but 2 days. Internet in whole neighborhood was out for 3 days. Fire pit was not in use outside. We were not made aware it would not be. We also had two children with medical issues and we chose this house because it had an elevator. However, we were told the day of arrival that it would not be available for us to use. Had we known that, we would have picked a different home that was more accommodating. Pool had various issues and it was worked on one full day during our stay.

Beautiful, but needs some updates

The house is beautiful and the layout is amazing. It's spacious yet cozy at the same time. The pool is one of the best features of the house. You can't go wrong with your own personal water slide - you won't even really need to go to the resort water park with that and the your own personal lazy river! The basketball court is great for practice and the theater is amazing. We were there for a little over a week so we really got to know the house! No place is perfect though. Many of the beds had sunken indents on both sides. We had some issues with loose tiles around the pool that could be tripping hazards. Some of the amenities were broken or unusable until someone came to service them. There's a cool room for the laser guns, but only half of them were operational after figuring out the trick to turn them on (we had to leave them plugged in, turn them on, and then unplug them). The indoor spa was not very hot and had an excessively strong chlorine smell. There were some pest sightings as well. Our engineer, Pedro, was amazing and respectful, and very responsive. Sadly, we had to see him a little more than we should have. The support text line sometimes was very responsive, and sometimes very lacking. Overall, our group still had a good time, but many of these little things could have been avoided with better maintenance and cleanup, or at least some more updated documentation about limitations and known issues. It's difficult to manage the needs of a large group when a lot of little things crop up.
