Convenient to airport

Nice hotel. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed. We could get food served in the bar, but the service was very slow. No way to know if that was due to the staff or the kitchen.

Pros: Very convenient and in a good location.
Cons: Nothing
We stayed here one night prior to leaving on our yearly cruise. It was very nice and we would stay here again in the future.

Bad service

The room was just a basic room. There was no mini refrigerator to keep drinks or food in. The AC gurgled at night so we ask the desk if they could send someone to look at it, we waited up for they. 45 mins last we asked desk how much longer and they said "oh they went home 30 mins ago. A light was out in the bathroom and the tub didn't drain very well. We never got our room service breakfast the last day because they never got the check list that we hung on the door.

とても、内装は綺麗です。 部屋はと言うと少し値段の割には残念に感じますが… 朝食のクオリティーや空港までのシャトルバスも15分毎にありとても良かったです。

The hotel direct me to another hotel, terrible

Pros: Terrible
Cons: give me the money back.
Location: I booked this hotel only because it is near the airport. and you directed me to another hotel 6 miles away. what can be worse than that?
The stuff gave me a google map and a piece of paper, direct me to Hotel Florida, 6 more miles away from airport and extra tollway fee. They refuse to tell me why and just apologize, also, the hotel i booked is around 85, and I got charged extra $20 for Hotel Florida. I paid extra car rental, extra money for room, extra tollway and extra time to the airport. This is absolutely my worst experience on Expedia.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Cons: Keep the rooms until the guests arrive, if they have called you that they will be late and if they have already paid for the room!
Our flight was delayed, so I called to notified the hotel that we will be arriving after midnight. After another delay, I called in again to tell them we would be arriving at 3am. After checking in and entering our room we saw that they had put our 4-member family in a room with a single king bed. The receptionist was reluctant to make the change, until we showed him the booking we had made that clearly showed two beds in the room. He told us that they had only our first phone call on record and that they had given our room to someone else, the room we had payed for in advance and after going the extra step to tell them that we would be arriving late (twice). They agreed to clean another room, which took away precious sleeping time after a long delay. In the end we slept only for 2 hours before having to pick up our rental car and drive to Tampa to board our cruise ship. When traveling with young kids, you expect the hotel to behave professionally and do their job, not make an already tiring journey even more troublesome.

Not what I expected

Pros: Staff was great, location, lots of restaurants available near by, bed was comfortable,
Cons: Please don't make me pay to park myself, bathrooms need work, noise from common area
Location: Near airport, but easy to get to other places, lots to chose for food,
Staff was very pleasant, as usual cookies were great, location was good, but room was sub par for a doubletree, I'm a diamond member but because I booked thru Expedia no recognition, bathroom had poor drainage and showed signs of needing updating, mold showing on tiles and poor repaired areas, I was put next to elevators so I got to hear them all night as well as guests in common area which was quite loud, bed was great and luckily I can sleep thru noise, also I was very surprised I had to pay to park myself for 12.00 a night, I've stayed here before and this is a new one ,overall I was disappointed for a number of reasons and will be hard pressed to book again, lot of other hotels out there for better price and similar.

Excellent customer service

Location: Orlando Florida and Disney World Epcot Center
Went there to stay on December 7th and discovered my reservation was never confirmed. Despite my error they did everything they to find me a room (unfortunately I could not afford their walk in price). I would highly recommend this hotel. The survey made me answer the room comfort and cleanliness although I did not stay at the facility. The lobby and entrance were exquisite (as that is as far as I got). I never saw the room as I did not stay at this hotel and where I ended up it was a mistake I will not make again. The Hilton Brand once again was everything just as a 5*****star hotel should be.

Good experience . Staff was very helpful. They even had a heated pool!
