We unfortunately didn’t get a room with a savannah view, nor did we get a multi-bedroom room, and in hindsight that was a big mistake, as our room ended up just being quite grim. We had to use the communal laundry facilities, of which at least a couple machines were out of order (so we had to wait hours). The staff was very uncaring, unhelpful, blase, ungracious, borderline rude at front desk and restaurant. Kidani is a DVC small weak replica of Jambo House (the first, main hotel). The tv didn't work. The room seemed very wornout and in need of a big spruce. We ordered takeout from Sanaa, and for a steak they only gave us extremely flimsy plastic utensils. No info was provided to enable identification of the animals.
