Pleasant Stay
Nice house in a nice resort. The location of the house is very private and quiet with no neighbours behind. Plenty of amenities in the house and a nice pool and spa. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions and not too far from MCO Airport.

Awesome Place.

Nice Vacation
Liked the rooms. It was nice to stay in a home that didn't have bunk beds since we were all adults. Wish they had a handrail for getting in and out of the pool and hot tub.. Not enough Kitchen cook wear. Needs more frying pans and cook wear. Glasses were very dirty. They need to replace the drinking glasses since they were foggy and couldn't really get them clean. Only the 2 master bedrooms have ceiling fans the other 2 bedrooms don't and it got warm in there. Overall it was nice.

Just as listed
We had an excellent time and the property was just as listed. The home has an excellent lay out and is well kept. The pool was very clean and great with lots of room to swim around. The community has great homes and seems like a nice area. The beds were extremely comfortable and all linens towels were clean. If we do rent a home in the future again we would definitely stay here again, no point messing with a good thing.

Great family stay
We picked this house for a weeklong stay with our extended family of 10. We loved the pool area and the large comfy couch where we could all comfortably hang out (if we weren’t going straight to bed after long park days). Location was great, too. We only had to deal with minimal Orlando traffic!

Great Stay
House was clean, property management were easily available when needed and courteous. Pool was nice and game room was fun. Would stay here again! We traveled to Universal several days and traffic could be hectic at times, but finding alternative routes is helpful.

The property was exactly how it showed. Even though it says to bring your own toiletries and such they did have TP in the bathrooms and there should’ve been more than one detergent packet if families are expected to start a load of laundry for check out. They have extra towels and washcloths and beach/pool towels The pool does attract A LOT of bugs no matter how many times you skim it the bugs/dirt is smaller than the net skimmer lol not a huge deal but just an FYI. AC can’t be set less than 74 degrees. It’s a 30+ minute drive to Universal but traffic wasn’t terrible for us around noon when we went. Beds are FIRM (not my thing). Everyone LOVED the couch haha large, soft and comfy! Overall the stay was fine for the 5 days we were there.

The home was beautiful and clean, but significantly lacked conveniences such as blankets/throws, bowls and utensils, beach/pool equipment, soaps, shampoos, tissues, etc. It was comfortable but very bare. When we arrived, the pool was very dirty, with debris throughout and dead insects and dirt along the bottom. We asked multiple times for someone to come clean the pool and spa, but it remained dirty and unusable during our entire stay.

Nice place with cosmetic issues.
The management company and the overall layout of the house were great! Unfortunately the pictures looked better than the actual product. It wasn’t anything that we couldn’t look past, just some cosmetic issues that made the place feel cheap. Some of the vent covers were in rough shape and had discoloration from what appeared to be rust. The flooring transitions in the doorways were not secured to the floor and would flip over/move if you stepped on them. The light fixtures were very dated and not very nice to look at. The patio lights did not turn on. The jacuzzi jets would not turn on. Very minor stuff all in all, but it was just kind of a bummer. Hopefully some changes are made/repairs done. Would be a great house then!

Nice house and quiet location.
We had a nice comfortable stay in this clean house. It suited our family of three perfectly with plenty of room to spare. Everything is as advertised and we had no issues inside the house. The pool area is very private with no neighbours behind. It’s also very quiet at night. Just be aware that the spa is not a hot tub and uses the same water as the pool. We couldn’t really figure out how to turn on the jets but it wasn’t a big deal. Thr location is great. It’s close to the I4 with access to the theme parks, shopping and airport but far enough to offer some peace and quiet after a day out. Just a note. Traffic on the I4 is very busy at all times of the day. Be sure to account for that when heading out. Also, there’s construction on the road heading to the I4 which makes traffic slow on rush hours. Just something to be aware of. All in all, a great stay in a nice house and we would definitely stay there again!

Great home away from home
This house was perfect for our spring break trip with the grandparents! The two master bedrooms were very convenient with two sets of adults and the other two bedrooms fit our three kids perfectly! There was plenty of space and the game room was loved by all. The house and pool were clean and very nice to come back to after busy days at Disney. Overall, this place was perfect for us!

2nd visit as good as the first
This is our 2nd time staying at the home and this trip was as good as the last. Kids enjoyed the pool and the game room and adults enjoyed the peacefulness of the natural preserve behind the home. We made use of the sand volleyball court, playground, and large community pool available to the community as well. I would recommend this home to any family traveling to the Orlando area.

Overall, the house was great. Enough kitchen gear, and bathroom towels for our needs. Each master bedroom has a ceiling fan which was appreciated, kids loved their room. Master with queen bed had a small mishap with the closet door coming of it’s track but we were able to put it back on. Location of house rear facing nature was a plus as we are country folks so it reminded us a little of home. Overall, great property and check in and out was a breeze and we’re required to physically wait at a desk to do so made it all the better!

1st Family Disney Trip
Property was great. Accommodations were great. Secluded. Quiet. Gated. Would stay there again. I understand why, but pots, pans & kitchen utensils were terrible. Non stick were all scratched. Utensils real flimsy. But if you had quality cookware, people might be inclined to take. Because we tried to save a bit by cooking some meals, they proved to be a bit challenging with the condition of cookware & utensils. But outside of this, we got exactly what signed up for.

The house was perfect for my husband, two adult children, and mother in law. Everyone had their own room and only my young adult children shared a bathroom. The spa was relaxing and the house was well equipped with amenities, especially towels for the pool and spa. My husband and children enjoyed the game room. They played pool matches day/night.

Wonderful
This home was perfect for our families! Spacious living room and kitchen area. Perfect for family time. The game room provided nights of fun and friendly competition. The only draw back was the ripped screens in the pool area. We were accosted by Flys and other bugs. We had to skim the pool a few times daily. Even had a few little lizard and frog guests that needed to be helped out. With that said it wasn't anything that ruined our experience. We will be back next year.

Great for our extended family trip
This was a very nice, comfortable house located in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed with 5 adults and one child (7) and enjoyed the pool and the nearby attractions including Legoland and Sea World. This was a nice place in between the two attractions and served us well for a couple of nights. Although the listing states no garbage bags, no toilet paper, no paper towels, etc, all of these items were provided and more! My son liked this house the best of all the places we stayed during our Florida vacation. He especially liked the game room ,in which all of the games were in fine working order.

Great property!
We loved our week at this property. Upon arrival the check in process at the gate was super easy. The house itself looked exactly as pictured and had everything needed for our stay. Plenty of dishes, silverware, & drinking glasses along with pots & pans for cooking. The pool was incredible and hands down our favorite part - we added the pool heat and was definitely a good decision. The property was great; our only 2 critiques were the trim and baseboards were covered in dust and the bedroom pillows were all pretty flat. Other than that we loved everything and would definitely stay here again!

Great Florida Vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The pool area was beautiful and there was plenty of space for hanging out inside or outside! The open area in the kitchen and living room was great. All the necessary supplies were provided in the kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was great also. We had a delay in our trip and needed to extend a day and the management team was super responsive and accommodating. The house was within easy travel distance of the things we wanted to do in Orlando and we found a few great restaurants located close by. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay with no real issues. The pillows in the master were tough on my husband and we interpreted the listing wrong thinking the spa was a hot tub which was a little bummer since it was chilly the time we were in Florida. It was a nice location for groceries and getting to different parks and the ocean. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the space for relaxing at the end of the day.

We chose to stay offsite from Universal and Disney while in Orlando. This hidden gem was an excellent place to stay! Spacious and my two kids loved the private pool and game room. Highly recommend and will look to stay here again when we come back.

The home was nice and clean. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The couple of minor issues we had were addressed immediately. Our family of four had plenty of TP, paper towels, etc. with what was provided, but if you have a larger group definitely bring more or plan on buying there. The traffic and drive was a bit long after long days at the parks but it was worth it to have a private pool and to not have to share a bathroom with our 13 year old daughter!! We would definitely stay here again if we plan a trip in the future.
