These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time. \-We do not routinely monitor the cameras. Guests should not rely solely on this camera for security as it is not routinely monitored. \-Please continue to practice common sense safety actions such as closing and locking doors. \-There are no cameras inside the house nor the patio. • Refunds: \-You will be asked to leave early with no refunds if parties are held, unauthorized pets are snuck in, or if you break the NO smoking or drugs rule. \-Hurricane season is June 1st to November 30th in Florida.
