We had little tiny bugs, smaller than ants in the kitchen, but not enough to call a worker for it. This is a mix of locals and rental properties. I believe, there were cars, parked all along both sides of the streets, making it difficult to navigate in and out.The garage has a pool table and ping-pong table that sits on top of the pool table… Which is too small to put up the net so I don’t know how that works for some. The property itself was decent, we didn't have any real complaints at first, until my child crawled on to the top bunk and pulled the cover down and the sheet was SO completely stained and brown!! We were SHOCKED. The shower curtain in the guest bedroom looked like someone threw up all over it! Not kidding!! It had chunks of gunk all over it. The area of town was NOT good! There are homeless people begging for money in the Publix parking lot and on EVERY street corner. There were 8....yes, 8 cop cars that FLEW into the neighborhood all at once and sat directly across from the place. They sat there steaked out for a very long time. They tell you not to park in the street or your car will be towed but there are dozens of cars lining the very narrow street making it difficult to travel through the neighborhood. When we left the property, I was sent a message that there was a stain on ONE small hand towel and they deducted that towel from our security deposit AFTER we had to deal with a disgusting shower curtain and disgusting set of sheets. The place needs painted. Walls are dirty and the carpet on the stairs is dirty. The Blinds on the sliding glass window kept flying off and they didn't fit the door. The pots and pans supplied are completely rusted and worn out. Don't use them. I don't recommend dealing with this company after they claim SANITIZED!! It's NOT!
