Bot only does the place have to be kid friendly, but also have enough space and versatile enough to fit all our age groups. The large heated pool was a nice treat and having our building so close to the club house and pool made crazy days at Universal Studios and nice break to relax in. Even though the room was on the top floor, the elevators negated any reason to climb up and down stairs with all of our needed equipment and supplies. Parking was great, and loved the fenced in area. The room had some appliances that were dated, but all worked without any issues. It was like a mini home away from home and the kids had a great time. The rooms were well furnished and they’re no complaints from the family. We have have to reserve this place for the future the next time we come. ##### Patrick F. My e-mail confirmation said 24-7 check-in so I called the phone number and the desk agent appeared quickly for a speedy check-in providing us with the gate codes, Wi-Fi password and our door keys. The condo unit we had was comfortable and had most everything we needed. It was pretty clean but the carpet really needed to be replaced and a tile floor down if this is a regularly rented unit. The pool and hot tub were clean and spacious and the grounds were very nicely tended and landscaped. I may have missed the note somewhere but my only real negative other than the carpet would be that you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the pool. You must pay for them at the pool bar and at a premium price. We paid $64.00 for 4 pina' coladas and a domestic beer was $4 plus a required 18% gratuity. After the shock of the 1st round we made many trips to and from our unit to have a quick drink and return. Jun 24, 2022 Liked: Communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Very outdated and things lost First, there was a deposit requested at checking so while you pay full in advance including post cleanup charges they ask you to provide additional money at checking (Credit Hold). Property carpet was really dirty. Within minutes of walking bare foot the bottom of my feet where black so had to wear sandals all week inside the property probably why carpet is dark brown which is kind of gross if you really think about it. Decoration pieces where broken hidden in closets and there were several wholes on walls and a table without its glass top (had to tell front desk to make sure we would be charged) so quite outdated overall. A/C was not cooling the first day so had to call front desk to check and fix it. Then there was the little dog left outside probably in the balcony that was barking for several hrs past 1 pm couple days in a row... made it really hard to sleep after a long day. Finally, I left somethings in the room including cash in a six inch wallet and after a 6 hr drive when I realized what I forgot I called lost and found and no one pick up. Called the next day and got a hold of front desk who said to my luck that no one had been to room yet so then I told them I had left several items in the room which included prescription glasses, receipts, sun glasses the wallet with cash so they told me they would send someone to check and recover them. Now I know this is a stretch as I shouldn't had forgotten about my personal items which I knew exactly where they were left. After a couple of hrs I get a call back saying that there was nothing in the room or where I told them to check so I guess honesty is also out the window but like I said this would be a stretch. Pool was nice and the workout room had a good variety of equipment to use. We did all of our dining at the condo and there was not much cookware. Otherwise we were only a 3 minute drive to the convention center and 5 minute drive to Icon park!!
