Welcome to Del Boca Vista, a very spacious ground floor 3 bedroom condo in the highly sought after resort of Windsor Hills. We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available here, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Del Boca Vista is a great example of that. Del Boca Vista is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor condo in block number 6 of Windsor Hills. With an eye catching 1410 sq ft of living space to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! Located less than a one minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, complete with a superb water park, Del Boca Vista provides everything you could want for a family on vacation, and needless to say, this lovely home also comes extremely well equipped. Tastefully furnished throughout, practicality is the name of the game here. This floor plan is the largest available in a Windsor Hills condo and each room has been carefully planned to maximize the space available. It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, and though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the home, this home can sleep 8 due to the two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, a queen room which is very nicely decorated with high end bedding and furniture, and a third bedroom which as mentioned has two sets of bunk beds and allows the increased occupancy, a very popular feature of this family friendly condo. The Queen and Full bedrooms share the second full bathroom, and we should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home. Del Boca Vista also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large smart flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with the upgraded cable package available in this resort there are plenty of those available. \*Please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and waterslides. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. Windsor Hills Resort Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. (Next time I will bring my own soap and shampoo though bc what we were given wasn’t enough for a family of 5 for a long weekend!) The rooms were big, mattresses comfy, AC cooled really well, bathrooms big, etc. No complaints. The pool area was huge and very nice. We also loved the little market to grab last minute items and pizza by the pool. Highly recommend, would stay again. The resort is clean. The room was dated but modest. The sheets wouldnt stay on the king bed which was alittle annoying. There were tiny bugs on table, you could see. Only a 10 to 15 minute drive to Disney and 20 minutes to Sea World. The onsite water park is great with heated pool, hot tub, and water slides. The whole family loved this property, from the minute we opened the front door. Very spacious had everything you needed. Great location to get to Disney parks. Grandkids loved the pool area. My 3-year-old granddaughter kept saying she loved our new house. LOL and asks to go back often. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip down to Orlando. ##### Sheila W. Wonderful resort! Very quiet, never heard any neighbors and felt very safe. The pool was wonderful and just a short distance from the condo. Large, spacious closets in the bedrooms and very spacious guest bathroom. The kids loved the bunk room! The kitchen had limited cookware/bakeware but we got by. We had seven total 4 adults, a teen, and two under 10\. Why my title? Well my 7 and 5 year old chose the resort pool area over going to Disney. Saved me a ton of money. Advice for pool get there early it gets packed if you need a seat. I have only 2 complaints and they are the only reason it did not get 5 stars. 1- the master king bed, boy that thing was rough felt like laying on the box spring with a mattress pad on it. 2- kids bedroom with bunks the fan/ light was noisy and you needed the fan because recommended ac temp could not be below 75 and we sleep cool and with fans. I understand temp thing we live in South to and you'll burn a unit up quick. ##### Jennifer R. This property exceeded my expectations! We have stayed at several different properties in Windsor Hills before and this is the best one by far. Extremely clean, great communication with property owner, very close to the pool (maybe 3 minute walk) and about a 10 minute walk to the community playground. The unit included lots of little “extras” that I wasn’t expecting, but that made the stay even better, like nightlights, cozy blankets/throws in each room, a step stool for kids in the second bathroom, pack and play, stroller, toy box, kids dishes, etc. The unit was immaculate; even the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were perfectly organized. Being in a ground floor unit was so nice, especially with kids. We had our 3 children with us, ages 6, 2, and 2 months, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The drive to Disney was about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Walmart is right down the street and there are lots of restaurants nearby as well. Fantastic property; would definitely stay here again! ##### Barbara C. It was also close to Disney - no more than a 15 minute drive to any of the parks. The property was well maintained overall, and although it could use some upgrading in the kitchen and washrooms, it was very clean.
