We love this resort. Furnishings are at the stage where they need updating but fine otherwise.,our garbage disposal blocked a couple of times and the service to repair it was brilliant.

During our stay we never got our room clean nor got clean towels 😞. Staff was friendly but our room was forgotten.

On behalf of all of us here at Cypress Pointe Resort, please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your recent stay. We continually strive to provide excellent service in all areas, and when we fail to meet the high standards expected by our guests, we share in their disappointment. It would be inappropriate for us to excuse, in any way, the lack of service you received due to the limited housekeeping services reserved for those that are staying with us 8 nights or more. Otherwise, guest do not receive any cleaning services during their stay. Any additional supplies that need to be replaced or replenished are delivered to the suite upon the guest request. I have addressed your issues with our team, and the appropriate actions have and will occur. I would, however, like to assure you that your experience is not the standard of our resort, and that every effort is being made to rectify any shortcoming which may exist. We loved staying at this resort. The condo was MASSIVE and the pools were incredible. Loved that it was walking distance to convenience stores, dollar general, and food choices. Would absolutely stay here again. Staff was wonderful.

I thought the staff was exceptional and the rooms were good. I could hear noise from the hallway after the quiet hours. I wish that the pool had stayed open later than dusk.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Close to attractions. Clean hotel, staff very friendly. The only thing I did not care for was having the bathtub in the middle of the room. No privacy and you lose a lot of space

Toilet running all day and night. Walls are paper thin, sounded like neighbors were in the room with us, especially bad at midnight when trying to sleep. Pool very dirty and freezing.

Great but needs the apartments upgrading. Great staff, lovely gardens, gets busy at weekends due to weekenders
Plenty to do. Need a car to get around or use Uber. Plenty of shops around you can get what you need. Transport to parks available.

In regards to the complimentary shuttle, It goes to four different park in the morning with multiple times as well as returns from four parks at different times. The shuttle times are determined by the third party who provides the shuttle service not by the resort. We would like to know how we could have made your stay better.

Everything was very clean and there was always grounds keeps tidying up outside. All the staff were very nice and always said hi as they passed by.
Only negative is the outlets in the room are worn out and would not work to charge my phone. The charging block would just fall out of the plug. Was able to use the GFI on the counter beside microwave but not very accessible when in bed.

Hello Ana, we are sorry that your stay did not go as expected. By being a vacation ownership property we do things a little different than normal hotels. Even though we do not service the unit on a daily basis, our team is always willing to assist and provide you with any and all amenities you require by simply requesting for them. We welcome the opportunity to have you stay with us in the future for a more enjoyable stay.
There is a distinction between Cypress Pointe and Cypress Pointe Grand Villas. We booked C P and were disappointed. We checked out of CP after one night and rebooked in CPGV. CP was poor but CPGV was fine.Be sure to book the correct one.

Hello, Thank you for leaving your 3 of 5 review. We are sorry that you were unhappy here at Cypress Pointe. I did find that you were unhappy with the room type that you rented, because you were expecting a different type of room and location. Cypress Pointe does not have 1-bedroom units with Kitchens as Grande Villa does. We only have the open floor Studio or 2 Bedrooms. We did offer you a room move, an upgrade to a larger fully equipped 2 Bedroom which you did not want and then we offered to let you check out with refund of remaining nights. Besides that, Grande Villas and Cypress Pointe are very similar resorts as they were at one point 2 parts of the same resort, which is why all guests at either Resort have access to the amenities on both properties. We are happy that you were able to make a reservation to stay at Grand Villas where we see you did choose to stay in a 2 Bedroom as opposed to the 1 bedroom. We hope that in the future we are able to welcome you back to stay in one of our 2 Bedroom units at Cypress Pointe.

I have been visiting Florida for decades and this was the first time I have been in a facility where there were waterbugs in the kitchen area and primary bedroom. I have a terrible aversion to them and having them appear in the suite made me disgusted.
