Should be a 2 star Hotel
From the start, our stay was less than "warm and cozy". Reserved a room with a king sized bed, but said they only had standard rooms with double beds available. Not a big deal, but definitely not starting out good. To top it off, they put us in a handicap room. Okay, again, not a big deal, but not what I ordered. My fiance' likes to take baths when we're on vacation but if you know anything about handicap rooms, there is no tub. The room had an unpleasant odor which made it difficult to sleep, and the air conditioning system did not work properly. We had to set the thermostat to 60 to get the temperature in the room to 68. Weird. I don't like writing reviews like this, so here's my list of reasons not to stay at this hotel:
1.) Staff was EXTREMELY unfriendly and unaccommodating.
2.) Food was horrible and overpriced.
3.) Shuttles to parks were not convenient at all. Free, yes, but not convenient.
4.) They CHARGE you more than Starbucks for a cup of coffee. The point here, they CHARGE for coffee. I've never stayed in a Hotel that charged it's guests for coffee.
5.) Internet was horrible. Kept dropping.
6.) Rooms were not clean. Literally, the maids emptied the trash and made the beds. That's it.
7.) Noisy rooms. Could hear everything in the hallways and rooms next to ours.
8.) We knew more about what was happening at the Parks than the Concierge. He tried to sell us things we couldn't use.
No more room. I ran out of characters, but I have more to say!
