Overall the hotel is nice and clean, but at night we could hear music coming from a near by restaurant and it was really annoying when you are trying to sleep. Our room was on the 7th floor.

Ok but overrated

The rooms i booked a year ago weren't ready for me to check in. After 20 to 30 min the first was ready but smelled like smoke and inscents plus the tv remote dudnt work. An hour later the second room was ready ut was ok but smaller than advertised. Plus the adjoining door was broken so we had to wait for an engineer to fix it. Then we had to leave it unlocked and the first chance the maid had to clean the rooms she closed and locked the door so again we had to wait for an engineer to fix it. Plus they want $14 a day to park outside in the lot.

Hotel accommodations

Hotel was nice clean and stff was friendly and very helpful. Pool area was great and clean. The only problem i had was the shuttel service. Drop offs to the parks were on time and great. Night pick up were all late also one driver was rude and charged a couple because they missed there pick up. Kind of a bad service would not recomend taking the shuttle at this hotel.

Good location, but extremely noisy and had to contact hotel security to stop a party that was going on until 4am.

Thank you for sharing. I appreciate your mention of how great our location is. I am also very sorry that a "party" was disruptive. Our security department is normally very quick to respond and settle matters. I will certainly look into the delay. I do thank you for letting us know.

Close to everything ! The elevator has a beautiful view of the inside of the hotel which is gorgeous to look at.

Very Nice Hotel

Pros: Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfort. Shower is fine.
Cons: All is ok.
Location: You may reach to Universal Studios in 10 minutes.
I liked everything at the hotel. Staff are smiley. Rooms are very clean & comfort. Location is perfect. You may even have a family holiday at that hotel.

Great location

Speedy checkin, clean facilities, great staff! The rooms don't quite look like a four start resort but they were still very nice. Breakfast and bar was available but not used. Bus resort schedule is limited but trolley route is right outside the resort.

Great public areas, but cheap lighting in rooms

Pros: I liked the public areas and how comfy the bed was.
Cons: The lighting in the bathrooms and halls.
Location: It's just a few minutes walk away from a Starbucks, Giordano's, Cooper's Hawk, McDonalds, and several other restaurants.
The outside of the hotel was impressive and the main lobby, outdoor courtyard, and first floor lounge areas lived up to that high standard and were beautiful. The staff were friendly and courteous. I enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard on a cool night next to the fire. The beds were very comfy. What really disappointed me the most were the light bulbs used in the rooms and halls. When the bathroom lights were on, I could hear them buzz from the bed, which was on the other side of the room. Yes, this is a small annoyance, but it cheapened the experience. I said something to the woman at the front desk, and she had somebody take a look at it, but there was no improvement. That and the slow internet annoyed me.

Hotel is nice, but staff is not good.

Cons: Responsibility of staff !!!!
I booked shuttle bus to universal studio at 8.00 am. I was there on time, and show ticket to bus driver, he looked and tell us to get in the car. I waited for 20 minutes and finally, he just told me to get of the car and tell us, we had the wrong bus!!! and he said this was a private bus. How did I know??? What's happen? Was this my false even if we already showed the ticket to him and he already saw. We went to the shuttle bus registration and she just said " we're sorry about that and you can take the taxi" That's it!!!!. This was shown that they are not professional at all. No resposibility.

Thanks for the information. I am sorry that you endured this and I will attempt to determine which transportation company was involved. It is unfortunate that this was a negative reflection on the hotel but I can certainly understand. Again, I apologize that you had this experience.
