There was so much space for all 16 of us with so many things to do. The younger kids absolutely loved the treehouse room; the older kids had a great time in the arcade. The pool table, ping pong, fuze ball - all huge hits! Everyone enjoyed the pool! Especially pool basketball! We had ordered heating for the pool/spa, but it wasn’t working properly the day we arrived. I contacted the host team the next day, and they resolved the problem within hours. They were very responsive, courteous and pleasant in our communications prior to arrival and while we were there. The house was perfectly cool with great AC, comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen (the refrigerators were AMAZING), and just so spacious. All the amenities (pool, parking, gym, water park, etc.) were immaculate; we couldn't have asked for more. They helped us move in and promptly responded to requests. From the kids to the adults there was something for everyone to love.
