Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund. \- If you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. \- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their government-issued ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed. \- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. \- If the person who booked the reservation is under the age of 21, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after 14 days if no damages are found. There was none at the second bathroom sink and none in the kitchen. The jacuzzi had sand in it and I had to get a screw out from the bottom before we could get into it. ##### Butch G.
