This sprawling escape, located within the desirable Caribe Cove Resort, offers guests luxurious accommodations alongside a plethora of desirable onsite amenities and only a few minutes from all the thrills of the area’s popular attractions. The Space: Steps away from your front door, you’ll find a picturesque lakeside heated pool, bubbling hot tub and relaxing sauna. A games lawn overlooking the lake offers a shuffleboard court, cornhole boards, and picnic area with grill. Just across the pond, so to speak, and minutes from the home you’ll find Old Lake Davenport, a natural freshwater lake for boating, fishing, and paddle sports. The Northeast Regional Park has a public boat launch site, as well as a variety of excursion rentals. This 83-acre park also has tennis courts, handball courts, basketball, soccer, and football fields, as well as paved walking trails and a large playground. Boasting a sprawling 1,600 square feet of comfort and style, the home’s interior offers plenty of space for you and your guests to spread out in and find your own cozy corner. High ceilings sit atop plush sofa seating in the living room, the perfect spot for gathering with loved ones to surf the channels or queue up a new movie. Enjoy preparing meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, inclusive of all major appliances along with cookware, utensils and glassware. Dining comes easy whether you’re surrounded in good company at the table for 6 or seated up at the counter on high-top stools for 3\. Two screened balconies offer the option for al fresco dining or quiet moments spent sipping a fresh cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV. Bedroom #2 includes a brand new queen-size bed with controls to raise and lower the head of the bed only, a TV, a dedicated workspace, patio access, and a shared ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower. The place is nice. This is my first VRBO rental and I was quite impressed. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us with no issues. The email I got said there were no towels there however they did have them there. They also have a crock pot there which was nice, we put the ingredients in there in the morning and when we returned from the day at the park our dinner was ready. It was within 20 of WDW. plenty of stores around for groceries and other needs. The only issue we had, which wasn't the owners fault, was that the condo is right next to the elevator, In the bedroom next to the elevator we could hear the elevator bell go off. The elevator wasn't moving but the bell kept going off on it all day and night. But don't let that stop you from renting the place. It was very faint so it didn't keep anyone awake. I had to fill out these documents prior to my stay and then they wouldn’t verify me. After my stay they tried to charge me for damages to the property that didn’t happen and for taking items which I didn’t take. When I stay anywhere I always bring my own items and clean up after my self. I don’t recommend staying her. When I called about the charges they were trying to charge me I got told oh it’s a mistake thank you I keep my card locked because they tried to charge me twice ##### Alexie A.
