5 Bedroom 4.5 Bathroom, 2,265 Sq.Ft. home with private, south facing pool is perfectly located, just minutes to Walt Disney World in Windsor at Westside. This gated 5 Star resort is packed with amenities and entertainment for the whole family. Wonderful STAR WARS & MICKEY/MINNI themed rooms for the kids to enjoy!!! CORNER UNIT close enough to all the clubhouse action but far enough away to not hear all the noise. Grassy area for your little ones to play

The spacious accommodation is arranged over two floors.

The ground floor features a central family room with fireplace, LCD TV, dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the counter. State of the art, fully equipped kitchen.

There is a King Suite located on the ground floor with a Smart TV.

Upstairs, you will find a King Master Suite with a Smart TV, a Queen Suite with a Smart TV, Another Queen suite with a Smart TV, a Themed bedroom with twin) with a Smart TV.

The upstairs bedrooms are arranged around a central loft / recreation area, featuring a smart TV, Play Station
Premium sheets and fluffy towels are provided. Pools towels are also provided.

Large Washer and Dryer upstairs.

The home offers complimentary WiFi and free calling to the USA and Canada.

Outside, at your own private pool, enjoy a relaxing conversation, a swim or just enjoy the south facing pool. Heat can be purchased in the cooler months and a BBQ can be rented.

The main clubhouse has many amenities. Beautiful pool, lazy river, cafe/bar (my favorite), a little store to purchase milk and bread. Game Room, play ground, basketball court, soccer field, volleyball are all onsite.

The house is beautiful. But, the bathrooms were full of tiny flys like fleas. I called the property management company about it and they never returned my call. I would have to constantly wash the bathroom sinks out and we couldn't leave toothbrushes or personal things around the sinks. Both bathrooms downstairs were the same. It was constant.

Perfect for our needs
For our party of 6, this was the perfect property and location for our needs. The house is in a beautiful community and the kids loved the pool! Communication with the owners prior to our stay was great. They were very responsive. As previous reviewers stated, it included basic kitchen needs (a few kitchen garbage bags, sponge, small bottle of dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods and paper towels). Each bathroom already had toilet paper. We did not see any "cleaners" but that was ok because we brought our own. They did provide several "pool towels" which were left on top of the dryer. Overall, the house was in good condition although it is a little outdated and could use some upgrades, but for the most part, looked exactly as shown online. We did not encounter any issues at the gate; it automatically opened up for us. I do feel that the "check in" document was not clear as to where to place the garbage at the end of our stay. We happened to see the truck outside one day and asked; trash is picked up by the curb every day. The only thing that was a little troubling was the parking. The units are so close together that the space given to park is very tight. So, if you have an SUV or a van, most likely you'll have to park horizontally in front of the garage as pulling in directly in front of the garage will leave the back end of it in the street. During our stay, the unit next door had 3 cars, which left us with a small place to park our minivan, at times we had to park partially on the grass. Other than that minor inconvenience, we would consider this property worth what we paid and would stay here again.

Although it started out a little scary. The host was always available and willing to help. I would give the house an overall A+. Very accommodating to younger kids. Although it could use a little TLC.

The housekeeping staff did not clean after the guests prior to us, so when we arrived after a long drive from New York, the place was filthy!, there was dirty linen, unflushed and dirty toilets, pool still had kids toys thrown about. It was horrific, especially when we are in a pandemic. Needless to say we could not stay there, and had to end up trying to find lodging on our own at midnight. The owner was apologetic at first but then he was missing in action and stopped answering my calls. I realized that even if the place had been cleaned, it looks nothing like the photos, the carpet and furniture is all stained, and it just looks cheap.

Great place!
Loved this house, it was beautiful and the community was also nice. The house included basic needs such as garbage bags etc. Great communication as well! Will definitely stay here again in the future!
