This beautiful manor is situated within the Homestead area of the Reunion Resort boasting spectacular views of the Independence golf course and the preserve behind. The owner spared no expense when fitting the home with fresh modern luxurious decor, and state-of-the-art electronics. This home is truly the definition of class and luxury.  
  
Step through the front door and you are greeted by a grand staircase that leads you up to the second floor. An elegant chandelier illuminates the grand foyer leading you back to an open floor plan allowing for easy entertainment. The living area is furnished with a large 70" Smart TV with Netflix (Guest must use own account), surround sound system, and sectional sofa. Adjoining is the exquisite kitchen equipped with granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances making this a chef's dream. The island is equipped with a bonus wine cooler! Off the kitchen is the dining area which also has a breakfast bar making ample seating for large family dinners. Completing the first floor is two King bedrooms. On the second floor, you will find two rooms with two Twin size beds (both with PlayStation 3 games consoles for the kids) and two more King master suites. Both have large wall-mounted TVs with Blu-Ray players. One of which has its own private balcony with outdoor seating.  
  
The balcony facing the rear of the home overlooking the golf course and preserve boasts plenty of seating, including reclining chairs and a wall-mounted TV.  
  
Looking to entertain? Look no further the Cinema Room with seating for eleven, set over two levels allowing for the ultimate viewing experience. Once you dim the lights it will truly make you feel like you're at the movies or gamers can enjoy the PlayStation 4 on the huge screen. A billiards table, high top tables, and THREE wall-mounted TVs are located in the upstairs "Pub Den" making it ideal for sports fans following their favorite teams.  
The living room, movie room, and upstairs balcony TV all have upgraded Prism TV offering a wider selection of channels to enjoy.  
  
Enjoy the warm days whilst lounging around your lushly landscaped pool area. The re-surfaced pool boasts a color-changing LED night for the extra wow factor in the evenings. The shaded patio area is furnished to the highest degree with a large table with 6 chairs and two bench seats. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.  
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.  
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.  
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.  
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.  
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.  
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.  
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.  
Max of 6 cars per address   
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

#### Lovely villa, badly managed

Loved the villa and the facilities. No information at the villa and no welcome brochure-so struggled to use tv’s, cinema room, recycling etc - felt like we were spending every day trying to figure things out and phone the management company when it could have been made so much easier with info. Also felt the mgmt company were quite aggressive on the phone and reluctant to help.

#### Nice house not being managed properly!

We (6 ladies) rented this property for our Girls Trip, May 18th. This is a nice home in a beautiful resort, but it is not being managed properly and the owner either doesn't know or doesn't care. The house was not clean or sanitized at all. Many of the beds were not cleaned (hair was in the beds, it looked like someone had slept in the bed prior to our arrival) and a few of the bathrooms were not cleaned (someone had left a sanitary strip in the trash). One of the toilets in the upper bathroom is old and stained and hasn't been changed and you can't even tell if its clean. The furniture on the upper patio is stained as well as the couch in the living room area. It is a shame that no one has replaced some of the worn furniture in the loft area as the chairs are peeling and raggedy. We had to call the property manager a few times and all in all I think they had to come out 3 times. Light bulbs were blown prior to us arriving, ceiling fans may or may not work and the internet needed to be reset. For the cleaning fee to be $600 the service they provide is a joke. They are not cleaning this home. It is in need of a good break down. The coffee mugs in the cabinet were filthy (pictures were taken), the patio tables hadn't been wiped off and the carpets and floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed. We couldn't even clean the house ourselves because they did not leave any cleaning supplies. Thirdly, we were not able to work the screens over the patio as they have not provided proper instructions on how to work some of the equipment in the home. There was some signage here and there, but its not clear. We could not figure out how to log into the property management's internet user name and I spent much time on the phone asking where the router was located which made no sense. We hired a chef to prepare dinner and to our surprise the stove does not have an exhaust fan so the smoke alarm was going off. All in all the vacation was good as the Reunion Resort is a beautiful place and the amenities are really nice, but the owners need to be ashamed of themselves to have such a nice home and not keep it up! If it was my home I would be inspecting it regularly to make sure the property manager was doing their job!

#### Great home but.....

The property was as advertised. Very clean and I would stay again. The only issue was the fact that I paid for the jacuzzi heater to be turned on. It never happened. After checkout I brought it to the attention of the property manager. I was told that I would be reimbursed for it but it never happened. Thats my only dissatisfaction.

#### Horrible customer service on property

We woke up to a toilet on the main floor spewing water. The guests using that bedroom/bath had yet to arrive so I called the emergency service line to see if we could get it fixed - it went to voicemail. I tried again a few hours later - and a few hours later - and all day - NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL.. The emergency line went to voicemail for 18 hours. We also had a pool problem (filthy and drain was clogged) as well as dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. We finally had to to the Reunion sales office and beg for help. We were given the number of a repair man - he came the NEXT DAY and said yes, the toilet is broken and he'd order parts probably wont be fixed during our stay. NO JOKE. All he had to do was replace the toilet - Home Depot is 2 miles away. We are negotiating for a refund but in typical fashion they have NOT RESPONDED after numerous tries to reach them. SkIp renting in Reunion - skip renting through Florida Vacation Rentals/VRBO - and go straight to a Disney property where they excel at customer service.

#### New year getaway

I would say it was good not great , it was the little things . We arrived and the pool was full of leaves , even the filter was full with leaves . I sent a message with follow up and response was given 4 days later . I then had to prove that the pool had not been cleaned prior to my arrival 12/26\. I have a video for proof. We ended clearing the leaves ourselves before the cleaning crew arrived . I would suggest more specific instructions for the tv, pool heater devices etc. Overall a good experience but needs more property management availability.
