The complex is basically a Hotel - no balcony, windows cannot be opened- for safety; has pool view! \* free parking \*no early check ins/late check outs, luggage hold/drop off or mail/package delivery option. \*Please read entire listing/house rules. The space This is a newly renovated and spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with 500sqft/46 m² located a minute from International Drive in ‘The Stay Sky Suites’. The building is a little dated but our unit has been completely remodeled. Located a few minutes from EPIC UNIVERSE and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS This unit comes with free parking on site. It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and close to attractions on International Drive and the famous Orlando amusement parks: \- Epic Universe: 8 minutes away \-The 4 Disney Parks are a 20 minute car drive away \-Universal Studios and Volcano Bay Water Park are about 5 minutes away \-It’s 10 minutes from Seaworld and also 15 minutes from Disney Springs, a small village with tons of restaurants and shops \-If you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 20 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away. Distance to: Epic Universe: 2 miles Universal Studios: 1.5 miles Volcano Bay Water Park: 1.5 miles Convention Center: 2.2 miles Disney Springs: 8.3 miles Disney Magic Kingdom: 15 miles International Airport: 12 miles If you are not renting a car you could either use Uber/taxi to get to the Parks or you could use the shuttle that you can schedule online. To do so please visit the homepage of Fabulous buses. Fees do apply! The condo is very spacious. It has a basic equipped kitchen which allows to prepare meals if you want to eat in. It has a two burner cooktop (one burner for cooking, the other one to keep food warm) but there is no oven. We do have a toaster oven though to bake, toast or heat up meals. You will also find a microwave and a filter coffee machine. The bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a dresser and a 50 inch smart TV. There is a pack’n’play for infants in the condo but we don’t provide sheets for that. The bathroom has a big shower. We provide one set of bath towels each guest. The living room offers a couch to watch TV on a 55” smart TV. Washer and dryer are on the 4th floor. Fees apply. Each cycle is $ 3.00\. The machines are token operated and in the laundry room is a changing machine to change dollar bills into tokens. Parking is right outside, no extra charge for parking. It is not possible to leave luggage at the front desk, neither prior to check in nor after check out. They won't hold it for our guests. Amenities of The Stay Sky Suites: an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a small half basketball court. If you need anything there is a Walgreens within walking distance, maybe 3-5 minutes walking. There is also a Starbucks next to Walgreens and on International Drive which is around the corner are several attractions and restaurants. Other things to note Please read the House Rules, it contains a lot of helpful info to know what to expect and to make this stay a pleasant one. Luggage/mail/check in and out: \- no early check ins \- no late check outs \- no luggage drop off \- no luggage hold \- no mail delivery possible, if mail arrives at the front desk guests will be charged Entertainment: High speed internet The building is a little dated, is built like a hotel. Our unit has been completely remodeled though. Pest Control: the HOA schedules pest control on a regular basis as required and recommended by professionals. This may occur during your stay with access being required to treat the unit. Theme Park Shuttle Shuttle service is not included and cannot be booked through us or the Hotel staff. Please check the homepage of Fabulous Buses to get information on transportation to and from the Parks. outdoor pool hours: 9am-dusk A/C: to avoid freezing of the equipment and to guarantee optimum operation, please try not to cool below 68 or at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit. If the equipment freezes it needs to be turned off for 24hours. Further please don’t leave windows and doors open. We also ask you to shut the curtains once you leave the condo for the day. This prevents the rooms to heat up even more. \--------------------------------- HOUSE RULES: THANKS FOR BOOKING: \- Max. of 4 people allowed. Kids and infants count as person \- Only the amount of people on the reservation are allowed – no unregistered guests \- No 3rd party bookings: booking guest must stay. Families/kids welcome ENTERTAINMENT includes: \- Regular TV channels (antenna) We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions, such as electricity, cable, or internet which are beyond our control NO SMOKING NO PETS – HOA has a strict no pet policy NO CANDLES, or any kind of open fire Pest Control: the HOA schedules pest control on a regular basis as required and recommended by professionals. This may occur during your stay with access being required to treat the unit. QUIET TIMES: 10pm – 7am. Please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior. If there are any complaints the stay may be canceled without refund STARTER KIT: Plenty for several days. We provide some rolls of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper towels, some dishwasher tabs, dish detergent and some trash bags. Any extra supplies need to be provided by you. LINENS/BEDS: we provide bed sheet sets for all beds. And a set of towels for the maximum amount of guest. Some pool towels. And we don’t provide sheets or blankets for the pack’n’play. The bed does have a quilt as cover. PROPERTY USE: \- No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use \- Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address \- Flush only toilet paper \- Recommendation: close curtains when not at home to keep the room cool. \- Try not to cool below 68 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing of the equipment. If frozen it needs to be turned off for 24hours. Recommended by a professional \- No glitter, glue, hair dye, spray tan or sun spray inside the unit \- no package delivery - if package is delivered the front desk will charge you for accepting it CHECK OUT: \- By 10 am \- Please remove all trash - there is a dumpster behind the building \- Please empty the fridge and freezer \- Please turn on the dishwasher if there are still dirty dishes \- Linens and towels can stay where they are (on bed/in the bathroom) \- Close windows and doors \- Leave the safe open \- check for your belongings; If you forget something we won't hold it unless it seems expensive or important for your health UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50\. If overstay impacts next guest: 2x nightly rate. Paying the fee does not mean a late check out is approved and you can extend your stay.
