Welcome to Coastal Cabana! This beautiful condo is located in The Villas South neighborhood of Reunion Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation condo provides beautiful decor and a strategic location close to Orlando's well-known attractions on top of all the amenities that Reunion Resort offers.  
  
As you enter this beautiful condo, you will encounter the open-plan design that allows everyone to hang out together at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to prepare mid-day snacks or elaborate meals for everyone in your group.  
  
The dining area offers a wooden table with seating for 4, is also connected to the living room, and has plenty of additional seating in front of a large wall-mounted TV. Open the crystal sliding doors to relaxing views in the patio area with sun loungers, and a table with seating for 4 so that you and your guests can dine al fresco, have evening drinks, or have morning coffee.  
  
This condo offers 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (twin/queen). All bedrooms come with a smart TV.  
  
This property offers complimentary high-speed wireless internet, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay. The smoke-free and pet-free environment guarantees a pristine atmosphere for your comfort. Towels and linens are provided, allowing you to travel light and stress-free. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents  
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays  
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival  
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.  
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.  
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.  
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.  
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.  
Max of 6 cars per address   
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

Points forts : Propreté

Great property! Check in was easy. They had nearly every amenity that you could ask for. I stayed with my wife and 2 children. The kids absolutely loved the bunk bed bedroom. Only minor issue was a couple lizards were able to gain entry through the bottom of the door. It's a ground floor property so these things are expected. Highly recommended property.
