The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 5 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.

It was a nice place to stay the only two things I would say could be better is the lighting to find the apartment building numbers at night and the bed comfort. The beds were a little hard but overall a very nice safe place to stay.

A perfect place to stay when you want to visit the Disney parks but not stay on the property. It was chilly but all the pools are heated so kids still swam and had a blast. Condo was as pictured. We had a party of 7 and it was plenty of space!

Beautiful place. A/C didn't work when we arrived. No one came to fix it after calling and we were told someone would come. Luckily my husband knew about the float switch and tried that. It worked! Oh! And the closet to the A/C was filthy. Also, place did not feel clean. I wanted to vacuum and mop when i came in and walked around barefoot. Chair on the patio was broken and not able to sit on. The bed linen felt unwashed. (Like crumbs and lint in the bed) Also, wish i would of brought my own bath towels. The ones they provide were small and cheap. This place was beautiful otherwise so the owner should keep up with these small things that could make a big difference in comfort.

The size and location of the property worked well for us as a family of 5. However, we were a little surprised to find that we had to supply our own dish washing liquid / tablets, tea towels, dish cloth, dish brush, and a sharp cooking knife (there was only one in the property). The apartment also requires a more thorough clean - the floors were very dirty and the showers had lots of soap scum on the wall grout. Just a little more attention to the details would make this apartment great.

Very nicely decorated condo. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Beds were comfy and kids enjoyed the Mickey/Minnie room. Resort has great amenities. Only downside is that you have to drive to the main pool but it's really not a big deal as there's ample parking. Would definitely recommend for a family trip

The condo was very impressive upon walking in. Very nicely decorated with big rooms. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's all over and this was the first time that there truly was no salt and pepper or the like in the place. We were okay with that for this short trip. The water park attached to this is through another gate so you have to take your car there, but it was an excellent free way to spend the day. Our "kids" are all in their 20's and loved it.

Our family stayed here while playing in a baseball tournament. It was a great place and accommodated 4 adults and 2 teenagers very well. It was very spacious, clean, and updated. We also enjoyed all of the nearby amenities, especially the swimming pool. We would happily stay here again.
